Location didn't even look like a uhaul station. I had to ask if I was at the right location
Douglas RDo NOT USE UHAUL we were supposed to pick up in columbia had to drive almost 2 hours each way to pick up uhaul and i had prepaid and had to pay extra mileage rep in columbia was rude would like a call back feom management

David HI had to drive 20 miles to pick up my truck when there were a dozen locations closer. The pick up location was a dump and the owner wasn't there when I went to pick it up delaying me a half hour.
BEVERLY SNot clear where to go. Not consumer friendly.
LAWRENCE SI would not want to be there at night. the attendant did not fill out any paperwork or give my any proof of return. I did however take pictures of the truck before I returned it and pictures of the folded pads I rented. I have a receipt for the the fuel top off as well. I will never use U-Haul again and will never recommend anyone use U-Haul.
AC JEverything was great except the unexpected extra 100 I thought that was just wrong
melinda mLocation in bad area. Lots of junk cars around. Need to be cleaned up and more inviting. Personnel was very helpful. Lot just looks untidy is only complaint. I would not feel comfortable letting a woman drop off here

RICHARD JIt is hard to tell this is even a Uhaul facility. In fact, I had to ask, when I pulled up. The people working there are very friendly and helpful and hooked up my trailer for me. I would recommend improving the grounds, office area, and signage to make for a more inviting facility. Additionally, this is not the facility I had my reservation with. I was moved here after getting to the original location and told to go here due to equipment location. I was told that I should have received a notification of the change but did not. This caused me a considerable delay and extra miles traveled unnecessarily.
Michael JThe return location is a garage and towing operation. It's unfair to rate it against a stand alone u-haul location. The people are super nice there.
