I would not recommend U-HAUL to a friend. How a price can go from 19,95 $/day to 144 $I am befuddled to understand.

The air conditioning didn't work. It was nearly 90 degrees. The heat from the engine burnt my foot. The agent was very friendly and helpful.

There was an electrical problem. The wires were jiggled to get them to work. I guess nothing else could be done but I would think there would be a check out before I arrived. There was at least one wire that had a cut and it exposed the wire underneath. I informed the destination company of the issue. The trailer was clean.

Pricey when ya gotta move a few times in a year. The lady at this location helped me shop to find the best available pricing available tho.

The whole online checking was complicated. When signing up it wasn't clear that there would be a lockbox, etc. also that location services needed to be turned on my phone. Because it was not, the app didn't tell me what was wrong. I had to call support. Good intentions but it needed to be clearer. Otherwise all good.

Overall really good. Lady working behind counter seemed a little distracted. No employee wearing protective mask. I would recommend that they do if the reason for the mask is to protect others from you then mask should definitely be worn by all customer service representative as a sign of respect to the customer especially when they are concerned

Terrible place to rent a uhaul

The truck was not cleaned very well and in this time of Coronavirus pandemic I imagine was not disinfected as it should have been. The cost of a 19,95 rental for 5 hours reaching over 164 was the final straw, would not be using this service again.

Since nobody told me anything about the drop-off process, thank goodness there were some instructions on the Dropbox for the key, otherwise I wouldn't have known that I needed to check out on the website first before dropping my key in the slot! I can only imagine the problems this would have caused, had I simply dropped off the key and not done the online checkout process. And even then, I didn't know I was going to have to take pictures, so the quality of the pictures I took at night probably are not very good. but at least this drop-off location looked like it belonged to U-Haul, and not to some random gas station.

Front desk clerk was amazing and professional! She showed me exactly what to do when returning the keys after closing and even brought the dolly out for me! Not only that she was willing to wait when I was rushing to make it on time. When working almost all the time one persons patience truly matters.

The trucks were not properly maintained service engine lights were on in the vehicles, whenbyou went a certain speed the front end would shake. Power steering fluid poured out of one of the trucks we rented. Very dissatisfied with the service of uhaul

The most accommodating people. Lady called me the evening before to let me know my request was not available but I could get a larger truck for price of smaller truck. Very pleasant to deal with.

They charged my first card for the estimated charges even though that's not the card I was going to use to pay. When I returned the vehicle, upon checkout I used the card I wanted to use and yet the money on the first card hasn't been returned.

The U-Haul was not clean in the inside but everything worked great and the transition was easy with picking up via mobile.

From one location to the next, everything was very convenient and cheap. There was a miscomunication about prices from point A to point B but when my concerns where brought up it was handled respectfully and professionally I would definitely reccomend this service!!!

Got the truck home and a TPM light came on .Went back to the office and advised them ,they looked at it said they would have to scan and check,So they replaced the truck knowing We were headed to Florida in the morning.great customer service
