ROBIN R.When I picked up the truck it showed it had 1/8 a tank of gas but 3 miles down the road it ran out of gas on a busy highway. This was very dangerous. You should mandate gas be turned in at a higher level. I will not rent from U-Haul again.

Monisha B.For storage I would recommend to friends. But as for truck rental no limited on size of vehicle and the gas mileage is less than 10 miles a gallon even with keeping it in green by the gauge on dash. I could have rented from enterprise or Ryder for less with the fuel fill up.

Ricky W.I was told after probably not making on time for the rental that I was on 24/7 (which meant I can pick up the truck anytime I want). We were about maybe 15/30 minutes late from time office closed? My account didn't work on line to move forward. I called the ER number. Eventually she called back. She stated she couldn't fix my problem. I guess I can understand that. However after calling CSR about times, being hung up on, waiting for chat just the same to be sent to another number (this was from online), I called from another phone. My daughter called another number given from her phone. I did get someone completely nice (we are now 4 hours in and it's getting nervous). He got a 24/7 share manager on the phone. They got my account link to move and it wasn't broken you still need to make your reservation on time (yea, I know I thought it was 24 hours). Now it's the dang lock. It was weathered. And, it was a word lock. No words. I had to yank and viciously get it off. I left around 10pm for a 5pm rental. Utterly ridiculous. I've used uhaul since I've been out here as an adult. Never again will I use the share mobile after hours (5pm).

James M.Maybe have a few more vehicles to rent. I came to this location because it was the only one that had a van for that day in my area. It was a nice experience just that it was on the other side of town for me; however, having a newer vehicle was worth the efforts and it went smoother then some of the other places I've rented from that was closer.

Yuri R.The truck needs shocks and alignment. I had a difficult time returning the truck and the uhaul Help Desk had me on hold for 61 minutes before offering a call back. Then the call back person hung up on me. I returned the truck on Saturday and was charged for Sunday and Monday.

KENDRA F.I attempted to use the virtual pickup and had issues. The main one was your app said I wasn't in the correct place (I was sitting next to the truck). Luckily the store was open and the lady behind the counter is super nice. She had to put all my information in again, and basically recreate my reservation. Not very efficient, but in the end it all worked out.
