The truck rented had a hard time changing from 1st gear to second gear. My husband seems to think the transmission may be going out. But he's no mechanic, lol.

Raymind MWhen a unit is reserved insure it is AVAILABLE when it is to be picked up! Reserved a trailer at another site. When i went to pick it up...no trailer to be found. Took agent 45 minutes to find another trailer and had to drive across town to pick it up.
richard CThere was not an orange "U-haul lockbox" available anywhere at this location. We did eventually find a drop slot on a door where we placed the key, though it was not marked or labeled in anyway, which was very confusing.

ROBERT KU Haul is the problem not the location. Found website difficult to navigate. No guarantee I would get the truck. Kept changing location of truck w text messages. Call representatives were slack and not helpful. Had no faith I would actually get truck so picked it up day early.

JOSHUA SAuto carrier lights did not work, wire was cut, had to go purchase trailer lights so I could use the trailer as needed. No care from pickup or drop off locations. Not applicable on the recommendation because I am not sure at the moment.

Pamela FDrop off at this location and maybe UHaul in general is not personal and you have no sense of the rental being accepted as it was picked up. I would like to see a walk around just to walk away knowing I will not be charged for any extras, i.e. appliance cart and blankets were in fact in truck and accounted for. This location on 2-3 occasions now took keys and or paperwork and said receipt will be emailed. Nice enough but not cleared by inspection.

Jeremy BWe were diverted to this location and were not made aware of the hours of the new location. We set up an appointment originally at 10 am but the new location did not open until 11:30am resulting in multiple 30 mile trips to get a uhaul. I understand that this problem was no fault of the location; however, the customer service at this location was nothing to write home about.

Joshua LThe woman at the rental desk seemed to be very new and either distracted or didn't know much. There is no one to help you put the trailer on the car. I am almost 80 yrs old and the trailer is heavy. Get someone to help. I could not recommend this place to anyone not strong enough to get the trailer on the car.

JOHN LCommunicate better with the site from the info provided from the on-line reservation. The corporate / regional customer service was pathetic. All of the materials that I ordered and was confirmed with an e-mail were not available at Check-out. The site did not know what they were supposed to have to complete my order. U-Haul sucks !!
Kevin LI got the equipment and help I needed on very short notice. The lady was very helpful, friendly and efficient.
MONTY PWhen the uhaul rep called to confirm my location she said that was no longer available and refered me to one 20 miles from my preferred pick up location. She said to compensate me for the extra driving she would reduce the mileage charge to 59 cent a mile. When I went to pick the vehicle up they said that uhaul put it in for 69 cent a mile.

James SIt took 45 minutes to get the uhaul due to computer issues. There were no blankets available anywhere local. Made the beginning of my moving experience very stressful.
SARA WJennifer provided us with excellent customer service. Very friendly and made changes to my contract as requested.
Vanessa JThere really should be a swing back trailer jack to help attach to the trailer hitch of your vehicle. We had to pick this up by ourselves to connect it and also to unconnect it. This was very heavy and hard to do. Something to think about next time.
