Olabode AkindeleHaving a physical person to help customers should be rule number one. It is easy, faster, and ends smoother. A better overall experience. I started first by using the U-haul phone app. When I got to the part about needing a passport and supplying a Lease Agreement for my apartment, I quit the app. Luckily, I had a friendly and helpful person to finish the U-haul rental. 5 stars for a physical employee, 2 stars for the app.

Floyd HouleThe right side lights were not working on the dolly. She was fine with sending us out like that. The office that we had to go in to sign and do the info input was disgusting. It smelled of cat pee, and was really dirty. You can't touch anything that's how bad it is. Also, when we dropped off, there was a bunch of dogs outside that were not nice. One kept circling my child and barking, making 2 of the other dogs do the same. I shoo'd them away and the owner was blaming me for causing them to be agitated. We were literally just standing outside waiting for her to be finished with her first customer. They should not be roaming free unless they're well trained and nice.

You guys had to call them the drop box was broken an the owner came out mad cause you called them ripping the keys from my hand yelling at me they open at 9 it was 3 minutes to 9am they live right next to the business. What kind of service treats people like that an seeing the reviews I ain't the only one who got rude services

LeeAnn MoultonRyan's Storage never answered my call's or returned my messages asking when this location would be open so I could drop off the trailer. I finally called U-Haul's help desk and they stated to just drop the trailer off even though I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I did this and whoever actually works at Ryans Storage, but never answers or returns calls, promptly made sure to charge me a late drop off fee. Terrible way to run a business. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Elaine CardnialNever met the guy when I dropped off the vehicle. I should have drained off the extra 15 gallons of gas that was in the tank. I had been told that they would reimburse me if there was more gas left in the truck than what it had when I picked up the truck.

Rick BlaskoWe ordered a 26ft had to drive 45 minutes to pickup a 20ft. We did everything online so it should have been a quick in and out. It took almost an hour because there was a problem in the system refunding the difference with the smaller truck. There was also a 26ft sitting beside the 20ft when we picked up. Once the refund was figured out, the has gauge was off, but a picture wouldn't upload to prove it. We didn't get the furniture pads we paid for either. The man at our drop off location was amazing, and rectified the gas problem. Excellent customer service here in Grande Cache.

Judith JOHANSENFor a big company. Your systems need a major upgrade... First of all, we were sent to a different location for our free 1 month storage in calgary that didn't have a storage facility in the first place!?! The manager at this location is planning to close that location for the day since staff did not show and turning down customers on the spot!?!?. As a customer, I could care less. I just need your help regarding my reservation, my storage and returning the truck without issues. We got sent to a different and the right location for our storage, waited 45 min in line since there is only 1 staff at the front desk. She then proceeded to gave us our storage unit only to realize that it was occupied ( according to the maintenance guy) after we unloaded most of our belognings on the 2nd floor and we required a key to the unit that was never given to us. Moving 2 houses is already stressful and for a moving company UHaul, you guys made it worst. What a gongshow. After complaining and talking to Dennis, the maintenance guy, he went out of his way to help us get a bigger unit with a key. He is the only one here that actually helped us and he's the maintenance guy. Apparently the manager isn't in. What the hell? On a weekday? No one is leading the warehouse!?! We then went back at the front desk to confirm if everything was handled properly and Ayan, couldn't even acknowledge our concerns that we spent nearly 4 hours in 2 different Uhaul locations trying to store our belongings and return the truck after 2 moves. No sypmphaty for the customer whatsoever and they are still wanting to charge us the full price of the storage we didnt intend to have in the first place. Dont make customer pay for your mistakes and unprofesionalism UHaul. By the way your staff made verbal promises and I am still waiting for a call back from Nick the manager for all these inconsiderate inconveniences... Your guys mission should be making clients moving experiences painless and easy. It was definetly the contrary.
