Location, Rydbom Express Inc 2000 Vine St, is good. The staff there is friendly and really was trying to solve the problem. But 911 R Elsenhower Blvd location is terrible. They didn't send the pickup instruction and they were close for their opening hours. Very bad experience for how the process worked.

David BAdvise customers to read and review all items on then vehicles so as not to get charged for items not used or dolly seals missing or broken by accident.
William VThe doors were difficult to close and the seal around the driver's door was loose. It would be nice to have that seal fixed since there's a lot of noise in the cabin when driving. Additionally, the dashboard had a warning that the tire pressure monitor needs servicing

DANIEL SI rented a 10 ft truck and when I was loading it I noticed there was only a handhold on the right side of the truck bay. Since this truck does not have a loading ramp like the bigger trucks, the handholds are important. So why is not a handhold installed on the left side to make loading more smoothly. It would probably cost Uhaul all of $15. to install a handhold on the left side of the truck bay.

James HPleasant staff who were very helpful. The process was quick and the truck was ready right away. The truck drove very nicely and was clean. It had with bug mirrors, lots of cab room and areas for cups and phones. If I need uhaul again, i will rent here.

Efrain VThe equipment was clean and the staff was friendly and had the truck and all accessories ready for me at pickup. But I encountered an issue only a few miles from my home address. The 'check engine' and 'stabilitrak' came on. Was able to get the truck home. The next day (2/25) when I started the truck to return to the drop-off location, the 'check engine' light was out and I encountered no problems.

Jennifer BThe handhold on the back of the truck bay is only on the right side, I would highly recommend that a handhold be added to the left side of the truck bay for safety purposes.
Thomas PI told the clerk that my drop off location was Palmyra and he didn't change it and I was charged 180 more.
