When you change the location of pickup and you call the custome mark sure you talk to the customer, even if you need to call more then once

Ryde Clyde‘S staff was over the top to help me get a truck for a very busy and heavily packed weekend. They were quick to respond, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Seem to be a kid trying to do the work, had me there for at least 45 mins. I called and asked questions before I decided to rent and wasn't given the correct information or process. Nobody came outside to look at the truck and I wasn't given the dolly that I paid for.. I guess they like to beat around the bush so they can try to overcharge and my receipt wasn't correct.
