Leslie GabelThe truck was barely road worthy. The steering was sloppy and the cab was extremely warm and noisy. I had an online reservation that was supposed to be picked up in Goshen, NY at the Valero station. Despite the online reservation and me confirming the reservation, they allegedly had nothing on file and I was redirected to New Hampton. I had to create a new rental which cost me $300 more than the online. I would like to know how to get my $300 back.
Dennis SalvucciThe location was fine U-Haul though was les then truthfull I rented for two weeks they had me for a day sent me a contract when I noticed called they fixed it I asked about milage he said I wasn't charged I called because they charged me twice customer service said they would fix it then a rep from U-Haul called and let's just say he was sarcastic and said I signed a contract and I would be charged full price thing is I only signed the for hour one never got sent the new one I didn't know what I was charged for till you took it out I was going to put a stop on it but I didn't I won't reckom U-Haul to anyone

Pantoleone BrugellisExcellent service. My only complaint is that I didn't receive the moving pads or dolly that I paid for. I should have checked, but I also assumed they'd be in the van. It's also not clear to me who I contact about getting refunded for those. That aside, I was really happy with the van and the service. I would absolutely return.
