The keys were not in the lockbox. They were found behind the counter in the gas station. We were delayed an hour trying to sort out if it was the right key to take.

This location seemed super sketchy. Went inside and spoke with the person. I got gas from this location so I would be charged for gas. I have the receipt to verify. He did want to check the gas or the inspect the vehicle. Just verified the key numbers to my paperwork and told me to park in the back and I'm good. Got a gas bill a day later for 119. He said he had to fill I'm the tank which isn't true. Must be their scam to not verify anything and then try make up charges.

JeNae HIf you're going to have a mobile, contactless pickup, ensure the key is there. Took over 30 minutes to convince the gas station staff member I indeed was the person there for the key. Ended up making me late to my scheduled appointment for donation pickup for my organization. Pretty sketchy area, lots of homeless, one came up to me multiple times to ask me questions while I was waiting. Not somewhere I'd ever return. Stay away from here if possible.
Brett BBy far the worst location. The gas station attached had to be utilized for the key. Front desk employees were almost no help, the person helping me had to call and use his phone numerous times because he did not know either of the codes on the lock box. Stalled my pickup. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
