One of the employees was rude and he made a comment saying that he hope I loose my car. Because I had a towing trailer that wasn't in good condition!! That wasn't professional. And the door on the truck I rented was loose and seemed like it was about to open while I was driving!!!! Smh... I didn't like anything about this go around with this u-haul company!!! Because what if I would have lost my vehicle that I was towing or what if the door would have opened while I was driving on the road??

Aubrey MThis whole U-Haul experience was awful. I ordered a truck with plenty of leeway to have a truck on site which I would have been able to pick up on Saturday. I found out I would be forced to rent a pull trailer on Friday. I had to do a LOT of scrambling: I needed to borrow a pickup truck, I had to get the trailer before 5;00 FRIDAY, my husband, who would be the driver, would not arrive in town until 9:00pm - the employee told me I couldn't rent it without him (he called his manager and learned that we could upload a driver's license), we had to bring the empty trailer back to the pickup location instead of the area we were delivering to because it was 4,5 times more expensive, we had trouble returning it because said employee quit over the weekend and no one else know what to do (I can't imagine the people that may have needed to pick up a trailer that day). The trailer was clean and we did not have any mechanical problems.

Eric SOther than availability of smaller trucks, I don't see anything. Customer service was excellent. Really friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything about the rental contract.

Marilyn ODidn't have appliance dolly available. Had to change to more distant pickup location but we were awarded 100 extra miles and extra day which were very much appreciated.
Timothy KI've used this location on 3 different occasions, no need for improvement. Excellent service, very helpful, fast , easy, not one complaint. We use uhaul often and I wish all uhaul places were like this place. !

Samantha CI would recommend this location for pickup if this is where your original reservation was. In my case I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pickup here because uhaul decided to call me 10 minutes before my pickup time and tell me wasn't anything available at my location. I made a reservation on a Saturday to pickup Thursday and uhaul called me the day of my pickup. Uhaul has no respect for their customers and is too big of a company to handle business this way. Uhaul sucks
Shondrekia JThat specific truck needs to be retired. The AC quit cooling on day 1 and we were heading into the deep south with air temperatures in the 95+ range. We had rain. The windshield leaks. Feet and anything else on the floor got wet. The speed governor kicked in too soon making passing other vehicles a safety issue. The shocks are shot. When encountering bumps on Interstates the truck would porpoise badly and sometimes leave the ground. Makes for really difficult handling and again a safety issue. Send that unit to the recycling center.

Dana EI would not recommend u haul to no one. I had a really bad experience it took an hour to finally get the truck because the place was closed and I had to do ten thousand things on line to get the truck. Never again.

Sandra HThe employees that worked at this location were very rude and unfriendly. If I ever need a U-Haul again I would rather drive the hour to Monroe Louisiana than have to deal with the people in Crossett Arkansas.
heather nWhen someone calls tell them all the fees and how you must return the truck with gas. I was lied to and charged way more than told. I'll never use UHaul again!!!!!

Tim AGrass needed cut. You have a drop off and almost hit it. Mark the area. Someone showed up but never acknowledged us or assisted. Drove off like a bat out of he-! Guess, that was to impress us. We were unable to unlatch trailer. I do not know how to back up. With grass so high, really didn't know where to put things. U-Haul and trailer placed off driveway for them to park where they wanted. Signs would have been helpful after hours. Would I recommend, only place to get U-Haul so have no choice. Nice to know, we have a place without having to drive an hour or more to get a U-Haul.
ELIZABETHSUE DNo one there to assist. Someone did show up but did not acknowledge us or assist. I could not back up rental truck so left trailer hooked to it. When the person pulled off, sped off like a bat out of he-! Wasn't impressed.
Elizabeth DEnsure the truck is actually available for the date and time previously reserved so moving will not be delayed like mine was.
