Keep normal business hours like 7:00am to 7:00 pm . It's a truck rental business ; people are moving so they need to pick up their trucks early so they don't waste time . By forcing customers to do self check in/check out you are charging us money to do YOUR job. We want face to face experience with a live person that is interested in providing us with service .
John LimoliI arrived 15 minutes early to pick up the vehicle, no one was present at the counter. Literally walking around the establishment looking for assistance. A gentleman sticks his head out of an office door. With no explanation or apologies tells me to wait in an area for 5 minutes, after 20 minutes I go back to the office to explain that I am on a timeline (I have an autistic child at home). Not to mention that this is cutting into the time I need to complete my activity involving the rental vehicle. Paperwork completed I go out to the vehicle, hasn't been washed since last rain, mud on the floor of the driver passenger space, the bed in back hasn't been cleaned recently. I left the lot at 12:54. Because of having to mess with all the office stuff which I specifically arrived early to account for I was now off schedule which put me behind to return the vehicle. Which was near 3:30. When my bill arrived in my email it was for over $76, my estimate online was around $32 plus mileage, I travelled 8 miles, and fueled 1 gallon before turning it in. When I arrived to turn the vehicle in, once again there was no one at the counter, a woman was outside some distance from the door. Who turned out to be the attendant. I usually rent at the U-Haul at the corner of Thompson and Sanjon street, never had a problem, courteous service people even when totally swamped. I had to go to this store because I received a message explaining that the other location van had to be serviced. I had to go to this place 2 miles out of my way for poor customer service, a dirty vehicle and to be over charged for having been delayed at the desk.
John GolsonThe process of using both the App and the website was slow, frustrating and all around not efficient. It took an hour to get the keys to the uhaul, which is totally unacceptable. The App is not user friendly.
Rafael StonemanMake sure someone is on site for mobile pick up. I had a hard time picking up and had to call the call center for help. (Call center rep was amazing!)

Jay RansomI was told there would be a person there at my designated pick up but when I arrived well after their opening time no ine was there and no i structions were given to me for pick up. I had to call to get the info I needed to get my truck. Since no one was there I could not purchase additional supplies either

frank robbinsonI reserved a truck at a location that was open til 7 as I could not be there til 6:30. Pick up location was changed twice in two days by uhaul over the phone. 2nd location open til 7 - no problem. 3rd location closed at 5. But I was told the vehicle was waiting for me. Vehicle at one end of the lot - key box at the other. Truck was filthy. Tank was empty.
Brian MillerStop franchising locations with two trucks. It makes Uhaul into a rinky dink two bit service.
keith michlI returned it with the amount of gas I picked it up with and they said it was below that. They then charged me.
Blake BaxterThe lock on the key box was very difficult to remove. I'd suggest a different kind of lock.
