My only problem was with where they stored the trailer. They had them in a grass field behind there building. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but we had gotten a lot of rain lately. The black clay we have here in Dallas becomes a swamp when wet. Lots of standing water and my feet got soaked going to inspect the trailer and the owner of the building had to use his dodge dually to get the trailer out of the standing water. He was spinning his tires to get out of the field. My truck would have gotten stuck. Outside of that they did a great job! I am sure they will improve this. They had tractors working the field when I took the trailer back. I will gladly use them again. I was really very happy with the service and how easy they made it!GORDON K.

Give the local techs the tools to do their job. Tech has to call a manager to complete the signing out of the truck. Then the tech had to fight to get the combination to the terrible locks being used. These locks break finger nails more than securing the truck. Tech was doing everything in their power to get me out. But it still took 45 min. Unacceptable.Darrell K.

The man at the shop didn't know how to check out the trucks so he had to call uhaul and do it with us on speaker. Then I wanted the truck for 2 days and the uhaul guy on the phone didn't charge me for 2 and ended up running my card again for the second day. Not my fault you didn't listen!BRITTNEY D.
The location did a wonderful job at getting us set up and made arrangements for us to drop off after hours. The mobile check in system was not user friendly and I got frustrated with it but was able to finally get it to work.Thomas S.

Go out of business. I scheduled my drop off to happen in Waxahachie, Texas only to be told we I arrived that "we cannot accept your trailer, we have no room for it." TWO ******* ACRES AND THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR IT??? The guy at the counter said "you were supposed to call U-Haul when you arrived to find out where to drop it off. I did call U-Haul at the 800 number and the connection was so shitty I hung up on the lady. The counter guy in Waxahachie told me "your scheduled to drop it off in Palmer, TX." 30 ****** MILES AWAY!!! I HAD TO DRIVE 60 MILES ROUND TRIP TO DROP OFF YOUR ****** TRAILER AND AT 4 PM THE PERSON OR PEOPLE IN PALMER HAD ALREADY GONE HOME FOR THE DAY. **** YOU ******S!!!John W.
The staff member was helpful and nice. But he had no idea I had a reservation and I do not believe he knew what to do to check out a U-Haul. This was further reinforced when I received notification from U-Haul 5 hours later that I had not picked up the trailer.John D.
