Jeffrey DSimple and Easy. Called and talked with the Staff prior to the Reservtion (My drop off was Labor day) and the lady was was very informative and sweet.

Diane FThe pickup instructions where rather confusing. I requested Cross Plains because it was very close to me. It had on one reply the pickup and drop off as Cross Plains, but when I went to pick it up it was to be picked up in Madison. Saeman Lumber called them and straightened it out right away and not a problem.

MICHAEL CUnfortunately all my one-way rentals over the last few years at U-Haul have involved a change in pick-up location. This latest change took me about 40 min of additional driving. Frustrating. Folks at the alternative pick-up location were very nice, professional.

MARK GMake sure the person renting is more accurate in telling you the correct size of truck per what you are moving.
BETTINA WPLEASE GET THE UHAUL TO THE LOCATION CUSTOMERS RESERVE IT FOR. It is absolutely inconvient and frustrating to get an email the day before MOVING that you have to drive an extra hour total for a uhaul when you had scheduled to pick it up 1 mile from your house. Pay people to drive and pick up/deliver trucks to the correct location? You would much much better customer service and happier customers.

ROBERT NThe location was great. I wouldn't give ten cents for the national U-Haul help. I was "guaranteed " that even though I had to drive TWO HOURS to get a truck, "well because all of our trucks are local only", the truck wasn't there and I had to drive another hour to finally get one. It will be a snow ball's chance you know where that I'll use UHaul again

Susan BMy location was switched on me, and not until the day I was to pick up the truck did I realize it. I did get an e-mail, but location switches should not be made by a simple e-mail that may end up in a spam folder. My major complaint with U-Haul is that they do this without any concern or understanding of the issues it can cause. THIS MUST BE CHANGED! This has happened to me before.
Robert DIt was a little hard finding the exact location of where to park the truck. I only found it from the tiny lock box near the business door. If there was a sign of some sort that would have saved a little time. Otherwise, very convenient spot.
