I will only say not applicable for the original location because I had requested a trailer at 6 at a location that said the trailer was available as I was ordering,and it turns out it wasn’t, I understand completely but you should update more often, but I got moved to a location that closed at 530 and was never told the reservation was moved to 515. I found out when I began to do the express check in from home at 5 pm when I noticed the reservation was at 515, and I had 15 minutes to get 10 miles away in the worst traffic Lafayette has. The woman at the safe and sound in Maurice stayed open for us thankfully she is a fantastic employee and made us feel very welcome, but I would’ve liked to have been notified about the change of time, or just another email confirming the change of location so that I could also see the time to expect it as all the other U-Haul locations in Lafayette close at 7 pm. The uhaul trailer i bought itself said tie downs are included and they were not whatsoever, I didn’t order any because the trailer specifically said that, luckily we had enough to where they were not necessary, but they could have helped us in the storage process and relieved stress on us The drop off was easy and fantastic

Excellent customer service received. Nice friendly staff, very helpful in locating rental truck in Texas to get to place of business in Louisiana. Returning vehicle to this location was extremely easy. After we emptied the truck into storage, we were able to leave truck at that location. Ronnie was super helpful. We definately will be using them again.

There were no trucks at this location. I had to go pick it up myself at another location; but the truck I wanted was not available and I had to rent a dolly because there was not one with the truck I picked up; then I was put under a separate contract to rent the dolly. I feel I should have been compensated for my travels.

The service was excellent, however u-haul's computer software would not accept a credit card and I had to pay cash. It showed that I had rented in the past and am in good standing but would not take any of three credit cards. The gentleman that waited on me even called u-hall for help but was not able to remedy the problem. He is an asset, the software sucks

Although we were treated great at this location I went to the wrong one first, there was a young lady there at 9am that had ear buds in and didn’t even acknowledge us, she just kept playing on her phone, this was at the Ambassador Caffery location. I ended up leaving my license there and it was still sitting in the same place I left it when I came back. All their calls were being forwarded to another location although they were not busy at all. VERY disappointed in how I was treated there. I had to go back there to get my license and pick up my dolly which they tried to charge me for AGAIN because no one could get them on the phone. At this point I’d rather use another place for the rest of my moving needs.

After you changed my pick up location 3 times and I was 3 hours behind schedule and had movers standing around doing nothing. This was a huge expense and inconvenience. It would seem that there is no coordination or communication in your organization and I’d be very reluctant to use uhaul again.

I reserved a truck nearly two weeks ahead of my pick up, and had pass up a location near me, to go miles away.

I was lied to about the safe move I was told it was a 1 time charge but it was per day if I would of know this I wouldn't of chose it when I tried to dispute it I was told because Ithe box was checked there was nothing I could do about it
