JERRY SMy only suggestion is to improve the Uhaul mobile app. We have rented from this location before and they are very reputable. Equipment is always clean, you never have to worry about that. Very easy to pick up and drop off. The Uhaul app is less than desirable. I was using the mobile app when I got onsite. Reserving online at home was easy, but picking up through the app and trying to follow the pick-up instructions as per the Uhaul video was impossible. And "checking out" through the app was too hard to figure out in the app as well. So we dropped the keys in the drop box and went home. About an hour later, the app triggered a "Don't Go Yet" alert, sending me pics of the truck and license plates, wanting me to verify that the pics are of the vehicle we would "picking up". It was a bit late. We picked it up early, had our task done in an hour and back home by the time the app sent out this alert along with the rental terms and agreements. We ignored it. All was ok because we were billed appropriately for the amount of miles we drove.

About 20 minutes later I finally reached someone who said just drop it I will deal with it later. I hope it get handled properly with no added fees. Will look elsewhere a one way rental when needed again. I have used U-Haul always and never had this issue
