I was sent to the wrong pickup spot for the truck. Once I finally got to where I could get a truck, it was 22 miles farther. Needless to say, the website was SLOW in getting the information processed. Once we got it, the truck was beaten all to hell and back. The steering had so much play in it that I could hardly keep it on the road. Lisa, our agent, did everything she could to make things better but you can only do so much. I will not ever use UHaul again.

JOEY AThey charged me a different price than my reservation online quoted me. They said it would be fixed when I returned the truck, but it's still wrong. The store clerk seemed to not know how to navigate the computer system. I submitted a ticket to check my charges.
Michelle LThe daily rate for one way trips needs to be revisited. I had the truck for 2 days, but officially 3. Because I had passed the 48 hour mark, I get charged for a 3rd day, even if it's just a minute over. That is absolutely absurd. I know it's not a store location policy, but a uhaul policy.
