Michael NortonThe attendant was over taxed being by himself. Trailer had 1 running light out and a leak in one tire that once loaded dropped to below 30 lbs. Uhaul online did send someone to replace the tire within a half hour to replace the tire, it had a mask in it.

Victor MolinaLocation had a variety of equipment, I do rent the actual Vans or a open pick-up truck several times a year hauling Cardboard & shipping debris to the dumpsters…it would be convenient to have that option. This facility is two blocks from my business storage unit.

Robert GreenlawEverything was perfect with my rental... pick-up, drop-off, and the truck itself. Also, all of my 24 moving blankets were in great condition. I don't think that you need to change a thing.
Kristin GebbieFirst the location was impossible to find. Its located behind a strip mall with virtually no signage for directions where to go. The building is located on a one way street so if you miss it, like we did, you have to drive several blocks to loop back around. There was literally only a small sign (maybe 12") in the window of a UPS/FedEx shipping store identifying Uhaul. But no directions were to drop off. The guy working was rude and acted like he was doing you a favor. Told me to drop it off and he would be out in a few minutes. There was very little room to maneuver our truck and trailer. We had just about parked the trailer in a space when he came out to tell us that was the wrong location and made us drive around the building to a different parking spot literally 20 feet away. Uhaul definitely need to review who represents them as their dealers.

Joseph SALAMIDAThe man at the counter was not friendly and seemed very annoyed helping us. We mentioned we checked in on line to help him and he was very unresponsive. He said we did not have a reservation until he realized I had a hyphen name. He loaded the dolly and blankets, closed the truck and walked away. It would have been nice if he asked if we had any quest ions about the truck as this was our first time driving a truck or have a nice day. JUST RUDE.

Why don't you update it? Ask for the clerk and the service center in Palm Coast. He was wonderful and the service center is great. Your technology however which they have nothing to do with sucks. Thank you uhaul.

Kristin GebbieThis location experience was much different. This agent was not very friendly. He made me feel as I was an annoyance. As I explained my concerns with the misinformation I received at the other location, his responses were short and indifferent, stating there was nothing he could do. This is not the attitude you want to hear when charged over $100 extra. I am not going to judge the entire location on one persons bad day.
