The customer service rep was pleasant and efficient. I was in and out quickly with fast friendly service. Truck ran great, not swept out when received though. I had to sweep glass and dirt before I loaded my furniture and stuff. Used to have to sweep out before returning, what happened? Overall was good experience

Elizabeth MWasn't happy with the final bill. 39,99 a day rental was ok. I had the rental for 18 hours and I was charged for 2 days. 24 hours is a day. 18 doesn't equal 48 hours.

david sThe drop off location that they picked for me would not take the enclosed trailer and they directed me to a different location 25 minutes away. I was then charged $29 for dropping it off at a different location. This needs to be corrected so others aren't getting ripped off
JOSH RThe owner / operator is always very curt and borderline rude. He treats folks like they're an interruption rather it's for a Uhaul need or the other services he offers at his location. His location is convenient and we have used his services but honestly dread having to deal with him.

Debra LWhen I signed up online, I was under the assumption that I got the first month free and my lock free. I had to pay for my lock. Otherwise, the guy that was there was very helpful and very courteous!!

ernesto gOnly complaint was we received the truck not filled with gas and ended up filling the tank spending $40.. on average we spend $5-7 for our route

BILL PThe pickup and return process was buggy to say the least.
Michael NThe attendant was over taxed being by himself. Trailer had 1 running light out and a leak in one tire that once loaded dropped to below 30 lbs. Uhaul online did send someone to replace the tire within a half hour to replace the tire, it had a mask in it.

Marvin ADidn't have one of the things I requested and offered no solution for it. The app was pointless as I had to wait for the location.

Walter BIan was very helpful. It was discovered that one of the units/trailer had a damaged tie down strap. So, that unit was taken out of service. Better maintenance and inspections is needed.

Victor MLocation had a variety of equipment, I do rent the actual Vans or a open pick-up truck several times a year hauling Cardboard & shipping debris to the dumpsters…it would be convenient to have that option. This facility is two blocks from my business storage unit.
