Vehicle was filthy and disgusting. Interior very dirty on all surfaces. Spilled drink stain on passenger floor. Pickup box had trash and food on floor. The stated included mileage did not match what was on the contract. The staff however were friendly and helpful.STEVE T R.

Nothing for my experience. Van was pulled to the front door. I was in and out for pick up, no more then 5 minutes. Drop off was less then a minute. Super friendly. If I need to rent another U Haul this would be my choice for location.GAIL MARIE T.
Truck was not cleaned from previous customer. I should not have to clean the previous customers garbage out before I load my belongings and should be given the 25 dollar fee credited to me for taking care of what the company did not do. Paid for 2 dozen furniture blankets. We're not given the blankets. In a snow storm we had to return to the store to get them and still we're not given the correct amount. Check in was slow due to computer issues. We waited patiently for our turn. Attendant was apologic about the time it was taking. During our check in another customer came in to drop off keys. The attendant stopped with my check in and started to pull up that customers info so they could get in and get out. We had to wait our turn as should he. The whole online without dealing with a representative needs work. Couldn't get my truck before actual store opened. App wasn't cooperating with me. As far as reserving truck that was painless. Getting the truck with the app was not a good experience. Ended up waiting for actual person and losing 2 hrs of time I reserved it for. However dealing with Alexis in the store was AMAZING! She took care of me 100 % OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER!! She is the REASON I will use I will continue to use this company!!BILLIE JOE H.

Ur return service. U could improve with less windows and at the most 2 pages. 1 for pictures & 2 for questions. There should be no more than 2 pages. Took to long to return van online but store I believe was closed. Over all great service I received from the ladies filling out my information for rental. The keys for my rental van were not left in the lock box. I was kept on hold for 20+ minutes before a human answered the phone. I was put on hold and disconnected and no call back. After another 29+ minute wait, my call went through but i was disconnected repeatedly. My friend finally connected with the local emergency contact and we found the employee had the keys to my van in her pocket. It took another 20+ minutes for her to bring the keys back. The e-chat service did not work, the Bot did not communicate with me. It was awful. Because it took an hour and a half to complete my rental, the helpers I had lined up were no longer available so I did not have help loading the van, in the dark because it is so late now. The doors of the van were unlocked when I arrived at the lot, anyone could have gotten into it and done damage or vandalized it or anything at all! My last night with my daughters before they moved was ruined because we had to mess around with this. We didn't even get to have dinner together. I was a basket of anxiety trying to get help and nobody at the Uhaul 800 numbers would answer the phone or keep a connection. You need a more reliable system to put keys in a box and to answer the phone. Its 48 hours later and I still get upset thinking about it. You need to improve lockbox key placement and reliability. You need to answer the phone. That is how to improve your service.Kelly A.

The registration/check in process was extraordinarily complicated, and led to my father and I sitting in the parking lot for half an hour before we were able to get through the system, pick up the keys, and leave. I was supposed to be driving away in a truck at 8am, instead I drove away in a truck at 8:30 - that's half an hour I paid for that I wasn't doing anything other than sitting in your parking lot. Perhaps sending the registration process the night before to allow early customers to actually figure it out would be beneficial.Gerald C.

Just don't have delays of trucks when people pre-order a truck for any given day they want to move. We made sure of the day and time before the actual day, we did this all online and we even secured the order/service on an account with a certain debit account. When we came in to be checked and get a key we had to create an account with the lady and give her a new card because we didn't have the one we listed online. It was a confusing process, but in the end we moved, we're satisfied we could fit all of our stuff and all went well.CIPRIANALEXANDRU R.

Work on your app!!! Not user friendly at all. Signage in front of the store with instructions for after hours drop off does not match key drop instructions in the rear of the building. It's a little late to do everything to go through the app after you have dropped the keys into the box.Scott C.

The truck was old and warn out. It leaked oil all and filled the cabin with exhaust fumes. Next time I'm gonna try another firm. I reserved a truck and uHaul called me a few days later and gave me big old junky worn out one instead of what I reserved. It was under 1/2 tank of gas and I had to navigate this big ole long truck into a gasoline station before I could get underway. I had already taken the day off of work and was between a rock and a hard place. The truck I wanted ironically sat in the parking lot the whole time. It was a nice new clean one that just sat there. It must me a 'shell game' they keep a nice clean truck for advertising and give you an old junky one. The old junky truck was full of 'x' stickers and you couldn't find one square inch that wasn't damaged. It should be taken out of service and sent to the salvage yard. Truly disappointed with uHaul.Louis P.
The truck was very old the breaks squealed and the left tire wobbled. I literally felt as though my life was in danger that truck should not be allowed to be on the road!! We almost had to call for a tow once we got off the freeway. However, the storage facility was only 2 miles further. My wife had to ride behind me with her flashers on.ISAACNATHANIEL J.
My only concern is that I was charged 3 times for the cost of my rental on my credit card. I will be calling in the morning as it's a Sunday night, but that has been the only negative. Using the U-Haul van was perfect for our situation.Christine B.
Was concerned about condition of the rental as I always maintain my vehicles, front end parts, brakes, tires etc.. Could care less about the age nor mileage, only maintnence. The experience overall went well. The person at the front was very friendly and did a good job proving direction. On that note. I do understand why I was charged for the dolly. When I returned the dolly the zip tie broke and therefore I was charged. We did not use the dolly in the truck as we had our own. I would appreciate it if we were not charged for the dolly as we did not use the dolly while moving. Thank you,William T.

The truck was fine, and the lady I worked with was very helpful. What was not helpful was the U Haul website having so many problems when I had rented the truck.
