This place was great, the employee helped me right away and took care of checking the truck quickly.

We've done business here often over the years and will no longer after this experience. His Yelp reviews for the Safe Ship are horrible and we are a testament to the same experiences! We had a flat tire three miles into our trip. He wouldn't answer his phone so we never did get to talk to anyone so resolve the issue on our own. We actually tt our Norfolk, NE drop-off location and they were kind and helped as much as they could.

Randall M.The manager at this location, Matt Ellis, was extremely rude to us during the pick up process. This man also hung up the phone on me while I was asking him where to find a hitch part. So beyond unprofessional. How does this man distribute U-Hauls? He shouldn't have a job.
Micah P.we did not know what to expect in the cab of the truck so we could pack our computers. We were told there was some but there was no room. The truck not having a back up camera was not safe. having blue tooth would have been a plus.

Verna B.Safeship charged me to fill fuel. I went 19 miles and filled with 5 gallons fuel two blocks away from returning the uhaul 10' truck. Unless it gets much less than 3,8 mpg I feel it's inaccurate. The mark he made on the return receipt (again emailed hours later) also is lower then a picture I took of the odometer when I dropped it off. I Didnt get receipt till hours after dropping off so couldn't question it. Overall nice place and owner just don't like being over charged for something when clearly isn't appropriate.
JOSIAH P.when a reservatoin is made at a location dont chnge those the day before the move. this was not the locatoin that i went into and made my reservation and was no where near me. the staff at this site were fine-- and greatfully they persoanlly called me the day before i was to pick up the truck or i would have never known to go there.

TESHALE H.This location should be shut down or managed by someone else. The guys who owns it is very disrespectful and has admitted to being a racist to me via email (still have the email as well). I have talk to the area field manager and nothing has been done to correct the situation. He treated me as if I was trash and not once did I raise my voice, call him out of his name or anything you can think of to make a person treat you the way he treated me. I have a couple of videos and a very long email from him trying to cover his self but in the mix of the email he admitted he profiled me and acted upon his RACIST WAYS ! If things aren't corrected I will be going to the local news stations etc
