My original reservation was at the Carrizo Florist which was closed on the day I was supposed to pick up my reserved equipment. The proprietor was not reachable by phone. There where no trycks, only trailers in the lot. The truck I got from SageBrush was tracked with dry mud on the drivers side footwell. Surprising after I was told I have to make sure i return the truck clean otherwise there will be penalties.Gerardo E.

The UHAUL rep rented equipment that wasn't even on the lot. I know this because she told me so. When I realized that I wasn't going to need the dolly I returned it. That was the time that the UHAUL rep first told me that I would not be getting a full refund because the dolly had left the lot.Alonzo F.

Help them be aware of complete procedures for customer pick up and not have to call head quarters for help to complete pick up. we were there over 45 minutes before able to leave with truck and auto carrier.luci K.
