Utility dolly security tie was broken when I opened the truck at my house. So, naturally I was charged for it even though I didn't use it. I should have checked before I left the rental place so that's my bad. Moving is already stressful enough. I wish I didn't have to think about other people's jobs on top of my own. Wendy offered great customer service for her part.

Forrest WTruck was a dirty in the inside when I picked it up, and location was terribly hard to find, due to the app's directions kept trying to take me to a strip mall that was 2 blocks away. My "Uber" driver luckily found the location .
COREY SLeft tire pressure was low, no air available at pickup location. Headlights seem to flicker when driving, not sure why, but oncoming traffic kept flashing me when driving.
John MMaybe process my return on day I drop it off, which was a day early and 200 miles less than I needed(was charged). Reimbursement would have been nice. Still was processed on due date even though it was returned early. I had to wait out front of gate for almost 30 minutes before the guy showed up. He never answered phone while I had called almost 15 times.

Dylan SThe office is really far from the gate, so if you make a last minute reservation they may not notice it and be out helping someone outside of the office leaving you stuck outside of the gate with no way to contact them as there phone is in the office. Other than that they have a small operation and are fairly efficient and relaxed about the whole deal.
MAX HThe man that helped was rude and had zero people skills. When I got there to pickup the uhaul the guy quickly informed me that I'd be paying for the uhaul for an extra day because they close to doors at 6pm and there's no way to return it with them gone. I would've been fine with it if I had some sort of notice telling me in advance I had to have it back by 6. When I asked him about why they didn't me this information in advance he just shrugged his shoulders and said "I didn't do anything wrong! Do you still want to rent it?" I have rented from uhaul no less than 10 times and I've never had a bad experience until now. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Debbie LDon't partner with this storage facility. A complaint was submitted and I received an email that stated I could expect a response within 3 days. It has been over 3 days and I have not received any response. It is unlikely I will use U-Haul in the future or recommend that my real estate clients use U-Haul.
