Matthew WThe facility at Hammond St in Salisbury was adequate but crowded with trucks leaving me no option to park the auto hauler trailer other than on a strip of grass in between the line of parked trucks and the street. I also had difficulty getting the drop-off mobile app to work so I called the number given for the facility. Tim answered and was very helpful in confirming that where I parked the trailer was acceptable (Tim could obviously see me from where ever he was although I didn't see him) and advised that I didn't need to leave the contract in the drop box.
Tom TEverything was quick and easy. Manager helped with car hauler trailer hook-up and return. Tip out fender was great because I was picking up a low sports car and could only open the door to get in and out with the trailer fender tipped out.

caleb BWow!!! Made my reservation way in advance. Rental guy said this is the one I get. Was the most dented up U-Haul trailer I ever saw. Would not let me have any other one. Was dirty inside had the clean it out. I needed a inclosed trailer to keep our items dry. Well that didn't work! We got to Georgia and everything was wet. Then when I went to drop it off the lady never got up from her desk. Said "just put it with the others over there". Then when I ask for receipt I had dropped it off she said she only emailed it. I was a bit concerned about that since no proof of return. I have pictures of your trailer. At least our neighbors got a good laugh at us when we were loading. Rebecca PThe truck I used had a lot of accidental marks. You may wish to rent it last above all. Also, it was not steady and moved from side to side when driving it. Most U-Haul's I have rented, were in excellent shape. It made me feel as if I was singled out because I put in a last minute request.

Claude DTruck was in awful condition. It rode rough with the steering wheel shaking left and right. Driver door appeared as if someone tried to jimmy their way in . I was 15 minutes late and "getting qualified" on the website took forever and I still had to return by 1:30. I lost almost an Terrible experience.
