I did not rent a truck but was charged for it and find it very upsetting. Unfortunately my debit card is not helpful when it comes to fraudulent charges they just suck and it takes tons of paperwork, calls just time I don’t have but I reported it since it’s not the first time this has happened to me . My identity has been stolen and my SS # will be changed in the near future to avoid future issues.

There was no one working at desk. Had to go into busy auto shop to find help. The guy that did come out and help was very nice.

I did not go in and only spoke to someone for 1 minute, who only pointed in a direction to have me drop the trailer. Again, I was diverted out of the way from my original drop-off location. U-haul is poor to do business with.

Locations of pickup and drop off were good. The problems occurred were, equipment that I reserved was not at the requested location. We had to go to a different location for the truck, then another for the blankets, and another location 40 minutes away for the car carrier. Then I was over billed which hasn’t been resolved yet. Overall I am very unhappy with the way things turned out.

I was very disappointed with the time and hassle with the smart phone pick up and drop off option. If you book the reservation then the website should work properly. I was unable to input the mileage at drop off and there was no drop off box that matched the picture I was given. Maybe update all your locations? Disgruntled but happy it’s over.
