Extremely helpful

Joshua MI just dropped off a trailer, after hours. There was plenty of room to turn around and unhook the trailer.
John DWhile I use UHaul and will continue to, I was asked to take a pull behind car dolly to the Tennessee Location, which we did. My understanding was that I would receive 25 and either a day or mileage credit. We dropped off the dolly on Friday. I didn't receive the 25 credit until Monday. I was also charged 33 for extra mileage and received no consideration as promised. I will not do that again.

WESTLEY WIf you rent it you should be able to return it to a UHaul place closer to your move instead of driving additional miles to return.

STEVEN AI would suggest having an additional employee that works exclusively on U-Haul equipment. I had to wait awhile to get checked out and get on the road.

Patricia SThis location was easy to access, but we stopped at another U-haul to get some help in Tn. This was called a neighborhood U-haul in Pigeon Forge. This place was a dump! It was a wrecking yard and you couldn't even find the office! I wouldn't leave your equipment in this place!
shawn MBecause its a small mom and pop store with few workers, it would be nice to have a faster way to check out. Maybe have everything ready and all I world need to do is show ID and sign since it was reserved through 800UHAUL.

calvin mJust not much room to drop anything off cause they were so full. Also annoying that we had to pass 4 other uhaul locations to get to this one because it didn't let me pick anything but this one. But this location was nice and clean. Didn't see anyone around.

Marlou GYou can improve by having the truck I rented at the location I rented it at. I rented a 15' truck at a different location and it wasn't there when I came to pick it up. Instead you gave me a 20' truck and made me drive an additional half hour to go get it.
RUSSELL BNo assistance parking or unhooking. Trailer was not checked in, I had to call customer service to avoid extra charges.

Alissa HNo one was available to check me out or help with moving the U-Haul trailer. Had to remove the trailer myself. Guy inside gas station said to just "leave it somewhere in the gravel area until I can find someone to check it in ". Did not offer to assist or help and was not buys at the moment in the store. Would not recommend this location .
Samantha Gdealer charged me for the insurance after i declined. would not give me a contract befofe i left. had to hook up trailer myself.
JOHN AI reserved a 10-foot truck and a tow dolly or car carrier I ended up with a 26 ft truck which caused me to have to spend double the amount a money on gas
