I did not call ahead as noted on the paperwork, this was my mistake. The location was minimally marked, no door on the multi tenant building was marked uhaul at all and I received no assistance disconnecting/accepting the trailer. Another customer was there dropping off equipment and was having a much harder time than I was.

Staff could have come outside to help with trailer parking but otherwise friendly and easy going.
