Smoothest transition into a new home I've ever experienced because of uhaul. Very polite and friendly staff, answered every question and made things very plain to understand. I would highly recommend this branch and this company to anyone needing this type of service. I am very happy with the service and equipment from uhaul.

Terrible customer service rude and unprofessional called me and attempted to charge me overage for being late when I returned the truck before it was due refused to give me a paper receipt and stormed out of office when questioned

She didn't catch our contact info twice and made remarks such as you didn't say that correct for the first time! (Why does she think we make mistake our phone # and zip code). She suggested to return the rental truck before 4, so we came back to the store 3, only to find out the location was closed at 12:30. She didn't mentioned anything about closing time nor additional fee of $20 would apply if we do self check out. My name was spelled wrong, which the first attendee said would fix it, but didn't. I would never suggest any of my friends to use uhaul or use U-Haul service ever again.

John WeiszbrodI am so grateful that U-Haul USA took care of my emergency issue. My truck started overheating and I was stuck 100 miles from home. U-Haul could have charged me exorbitant fees for not returning my trailer to the point of origination. They recognized that my emergency left me unable to do that, so they bent the rules for me and accepted the trailer back at the remote location. To top it off they had the cheapest rates by far. I can easily say I am a lifetime customer now.

Noreen Hargisthe hitch lights on trailer worked half the time while driving. I made the attendant who was hooking up the trailer aware of the lights, and he said "good enough, your all set to go" also, I showed that a tire was low and was told, "there is a service station just down the road". shortly after putting air in tire, it was low again. the location was closed and since i needed the trailer for a certain time, I had no choice but to stop before and after each load to air the bad tire, not to risk being stranded on the side of the road with a load. I was so tired of stopping for air and worrying about will it go flat while driving, i parked it and did not finish the job i was hired to do. I had to give back the deposit of $250 and lost the job as well. the next morning before i was to return the trailer, the tire was completely flat and had no way of airing the tire at my home. I removed the tire from the trailer, drove it to a service station, aired the tire, put the tire back on the trailer, drove to the location just in time to park the trailer with yet again, a flat tire. the next day when the location was open, and must have realized the trailer was returned with a flat tire, not a single call, email or text to see how my rental went and to ask about the flat tire and bad equipment. so to sum up everything: bad service, horrible equipment, lost $250 in work, and stressed the entire time worrying if uhaul equipment would leave me stranded. NO, I WOULD NOT RENT FROM UHAUL EVER AGAIN, OR RECCOMENT UHAUL FOR ANY THING

Anthony EberleinCharged after hours service fee even when truck was returned on time. Was told to take rental truck back before 11am the next day but returned it at 4pm the same day. Charged $20 extra fee and didn't even explain it just acted like they were going have the charge removed and never did. Uhaul has a sketchy contract and customer service failed to explain.
dustin briggsThe return process with the app is such an inconvenience. Uhaul should pay the customer $20 for the inconvenience fee instead of paying uhaul for that fee if talking to a live rep. Me as the customer im basically doing uhaul work.
TUA CHAI rented a trailer and I drove appropriately 8 miles when I had flat tire. It took approximately 1:50 minutes to get the tire repaired. When I asked the tire repairman how did the othe tire look like he said it was balding on the outer part of the tire. He then replaced that tire as well. Other than that everything was ok.
Scott SwarthoutI have to re summit my review because it clearly wasn't even at the gas mark when I took it and I thought it was. so now because they don't walk out and check it with you I was charged for something that I thought I left with more gas than when I picked it up. They need to have ppl walk thru the rental with you at picknup and drop offthe also. I'm so upset never had this problem before.

Denice HarrisVery rude and unprofessional I was helped by a man named Louie they said the gas was at 5/8 when I took it, but It was at half when I took it. He said it was "my fuck up" that I didn't click the link to adjust the fuel level from it was picked up. But it should not be my job to double check their work to make sure that they're doing there job correctly. He threatened to charge me for the extra gas that was not in there in the first place if I didn't go put more gas in. Very rude and should not work in customer service the way he escalated situation. Definitely would not recommend this location.
