No one was there during scheduled hours when we needed to check-in

The contract had the wrong information. I noted it and the vendor said not to worry that it would be corrected when I brought the van back. The contract still had the wrong info when I returned. I told the vendor, I emailed the vendor and I went back to the vendor to request he correct the problem. I still have received no acknowledgment nor a corrected bill.

Have me complete identify authorization ahead of time. Getting the calls to my references took 20min.

Very polite and helpful office manager. Truck was clean and he was very attentive, made it simple to get checked out and on the road. Location was very convenient as well.
