This was my first time using U-Haul and these people made everything very understandable. They were polite and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. You make using your services very easy.

Vibrating equipment junk made the whole experience horrible wrote a complaint and was just ignored

Jimmie CThe online 24/7 program did not work, the go uhaul representative was not able to help us. We had to wait until the store opened and then the flooring store owner was amazing. He came to the business even though it wasn't open to help us. It is unlikely we will ever use uhaul again.

Christopher Vthe truck needed major maintenance. Both front wheels where squealing. When the truck came to hills the fan belt would start slipping. The agent did not know about the hitch adapter next to the ball. The fuel was marked as 1/4 tank and it was 1/8 of a tank. Big difference at current gas prices.

larry gThe trailer we picked up was covered in dirt and mud and quite dirty inside. We took it because it had the most trade on the tires, because after a quick observation we noted most, if not all trailers of that size on site had hardly any tread left on the tires. Routine updates of old tires and timely cleanings after trailers are received would have made the experience better.

RALPH GLocation was moved 30 miles without notice to me. Truck box was dented and drop off location gave me a hard time. Luckily I had pictures.

Chance Lhitch did not fit my ball so had to buy another one; they should have alternatives on hand. trailer parked in mud so needed extra help to hook up although under-staffed, the main employee was knowledgeable and helped me get through the otherwise not great experience
