Kevin has been doing business with rentals for several years now. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the rental equipment. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent a u-haul.

corey tFirst problem is the trailer's lights didn't work. Insisted the problem was a fuse on the truck. Started going all over looking for fuse boxes. Tried another trailer, worked fine.. So that wasted a lot of our time. Second problem is the pads that I ordered were filthy. Dirty, bird poop and cat pee on them.

RAQUEL SNo one was there, it was a muddy and flooded dirt lot. I had no direction where to park the trailer and got soaking wet unhooking it.
Colin BUI haul rental in Artesia is unique. The man was very friendly and helpful.
Robert PThis location was good. Could have been great but the entrance isn't clearly marked. The location wasn't "opened" when said due to the location serving customers late the night before. The location doesn't have a nice appearance from the road as it looks like a loggers lot with Uhaul trailers in it. The owner was great and worked hard for us, could use some more products like receivers and balls for trailers.

Kevin SYard is slightly confusing upon entry, but the employees are very friendly and very helpful. The fuse for one of my truck's trailer turn signals was blown (I didn't know it was blown beforehand) and they changed it for me. I didn't even ask them to do it (I'm a mechanic by trade so it wouldn't have a big deal for me to change it real quick) and by the time I said I would take care of it real quick, they already had my truck's fuse box open and were changing it for me, free of charge. Best U-Haul experience I've had and I've had a lot of them.
