rude office i would never return to this place or maybe even to uhaul. A bunch of rude office employees laughing at me for asking if i can return to this location. Shame on uhaul and shame on those employees!

Robert SCon- Unorganized , Cluster! Pads and dolly just thrown in the back or the truck, not folded, or bagged together. Prior renters smoked in vehicle as it smells like an ashtray, cigarette burn in driver's seat. Vehicle not cleaned, swept wiped down or sanitized. Pro - Mileage recorded accurate, fuel recorded accurate.
William TUhaul - signed up for electronic pick up. Your site did not connect....at all for the pick up. If store was closed for lunch it would have cost me time.

Lauren CThe trucks were not even in a parking lot as the app stated. They were on the side of the road. The truck was dirty and had a water bottle in it which made me think it was not checked since the last rental.

Dennis OI confirmed my reservation in person the daybefore I was to pick up the truck I reserved 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived at 9:45 am to pick up the truck and no truck, no employees and door locked. Waited an hour for someone to arrive along with another customer who had no truck either. I was told this happens all the time and no big deal. It was a big deal to the 4 people I had at my home waiting to help me move. I will never use U-haul again.

H SYou need to improve the U-Haul checking service. There are a lot more steps to returning a vehicle. I will never go to one of the neighborhood U-Haul locations again, the online check-in process for me it was a nightmare.

JEFF JMake sure equipment is safe and hooked up properly. One of the tow straps fell off while driving- my car was half off the dolly when I pulled over. The ratchet was jammed up - took me an hour to get it un- stuck so I could secure the car. Next day we got a flat on the dolly - road service said tires were very bad and the fender was broken which was probably rubbing on the tire the whole time. He also noted that the safety chains were not hooked up properly either. Uhaul was great about getting service to me, but I sat 2 hours in the middle of nowhere waiting. This should not have happened if the trailer was better maintained and if it was hooked up properly in the first place.

RICHARD BThe location of pick up was awesome. Very friendly and quick and helpful. uhaul switching the location without telling me or notifying me was NOT cool. I was supposed to pick up the truck 1/4 mile from my house. But instead, without notice UHaul switched the location to a place 10 miles away. Thums down for that.
