Uhaul has always been our choice to use. Haven't had to use you guys going on 11yrs. Praying this our last. The workers were LOVELY! FRIENDLY! PEOPLE ORIENTED!. I recommend uhaul to EVERYONE. We grew up using uhaul. Why change?😁

The older gentleman who I assume is the manager wasn't very friendly. And when I was returning to return the van, he and a younger gentleman were locking up the facility a few minutes early. I got to the gate at 4:57pm and apparently they close at 5. I was unaware and the older gentleman backed up his car and told me to just drop the key off in the box. Unfortunately my car was in the facility and told him at and he said "Oh Jesus Christ" very rudely and then reluctantly opened the gate so I could drive in and get my car. So I drive in and start taking pictures as instructed by the U-haul app and he whistles at me from a quarter mile at the gate and yells at me to hurry up. Surely he knows that I would have to do that to complete the return procedure? I felt bad for causing an issue but he only had to wait an extra 5 minutes and it was just extremely rude. As I was driving out I apologized and all he said was "We close at 5." I won't ever consider this location again.

I didn't get finished moving i want to keep for an other day he started calling and forced me to bring it back he said he have customer waiting when I get there he charge me $107 extra for the day I asked him if you charge me than I will keep truck so I can finish my moving he said no truck will stay in yard and you will pay rent and charged on my card

The facility should have been open when I dropped off my truck but the employee didn't have keys to open. People had to wait, including me and I was hoping for a quick drop off so I could get to work. Needless to say, I was late. Staff need to be better prepared as some people schedule pick up and drop off during available time.

The towing dolly had one support bar that was slightly bent upon pick up. The right tie down strap on the inside tie down support was half way torn threw upon pick up. I had no choice but to take it since they had only one available and I was leaving that day for 14 day trip. Lastly, I was specific in that I didn't want the insurance and he asked me "Are you sure?". I got my email this morning after dropping the dolly off yesterday and saw that I was charged for an extra $112 for insurance. Either the guy was incompetent or dishonest on this. I should have been more careful, but I didn't expect this. The service help who came out to check me in didn't unhook or move equipment into place. He waited for me to do it. He was very pleasant however. I'd appreciate a refund of the insurance for which I didn't ask for and was specific in rejecting.

Reserved a 26' truck and was given a 20' truck instead because 26' was not available. Asked about the $50 credit because order was changed, despite booking 2 weeks early and was told dismissively the $50 credit didn't apply to our situation. No explanation was given. The U-Haul staff were too busy to say why we weren't credited anything. We had to make several trips with the smaller truck because it was too small for our move. Still not sure why we were not credited for the downgrade as the website advertised.

Had a couple of calls from the drop off location asking us when we will drop off the 20' truck, almost urging us to drop it off sooner due to other customers wanting the truck. I dont know if they do this to every customer.

Upon returning the truck we were met with attitude from this guy .LOL.. last time we use low rent u haul equipment and dealers !

The location was great. The worker was very helpful but my overall experience with Uhaul was terrible. I was first sent to a location to drop off that would not accept trailers. I then spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to find a location that would accept my Uhaul trailer. Took 30 minutes to get a live agent. Overall about two hours wasted. Not the employees fault but something wrong with the system.

The lady who helped us was great! She should get a raise. Great customer service. Handled a very obnoxious customer with a very professional attitude. You should be proud of her as your representative. I did not get her name but it should be on the invoice. She was training a new employee while she had to deal with someone who was impatient. This location was nice, however my Uhaul experience was terrible. I scheduled a uhaul over the phone through the 1-800 number for Uhaul, and requested a 15 foot truck. When I looked back at the reservation on the day of (10/2) I see it says a 10' truck. I called to try to correct this but no other trucks were available. I needed the truck that evening so I had to make due with the 10'. When I booked the truck I was also told I had it for 24 hours but when I went to pick it up I was told that it had to be back by 7:30am the following morning (only 15 hours) which was extremely inconvenient for me and I would not have booked if that was the case. The location agreed to allow us an after-hours drop off with no extra charge, but that still meant returning it late at night when we were exhausted. I appreciate the care that the location gave to us, however I plan to never rent a U-Haul again after this whole experience.

I returned the pickup truck with more gas than was required and Uhaul doesn't give credit for returning it with extra gas. On the other hand if I was to return it with less gas than required, I would get charged extra fees and almost $5.00 a gallon. this is not right! Uhaul should be better on that with their customers. other than that yes they are friendly, professional and courteous.

good service at checkin but felt rushed coming back to return. called to tell agent that would make it at 330pm closing time but maybe a few minutes late due to traffic jam. she states no exception. we got the van in behind gate a minute after 330pm. she refused to accept. luckily there was another associate there who was willing to take key for drop off. checking back would be next day. he made the entire experience ended much better. thanks

The running lights on the trailer did not work. The lights would also flicker. The trailer when we picked it up had a bunch of sand and dirt, I had to sweep it when I got it. Was happy with the service but not happy about the condition.

On Friday, 9/10/20 I went to rent a 5 X 9, 2-axel open trailer pursuant to my reservation.. There was no record of the reservation albeit my wife called 2X to verify & confirm both my arrival time & the availability and price as quoted at $18.95 plus applicable taxes for a 24 hour period. Gravel was still in the trailer & bird droppings were inside & and on both fenders of the trailer. I asked the staff member what the tire inflation was. He stated he did not know. I checked, it was 55 lbs. on left side & 58 lbs. on right side. I inflated both tires to the recommended pressure of 65 lbs. prior to using it. The trailer was returned at 0730 hours prior to business opening on Saturday, 9/12/20. On Friday, 9/11/20, I was charged an additional $387.97. On Saturday, 9/12/20, I was charged another $408.38. Now I have to deal with my credit card company about the $796.32 in excessive charges. Question to U-Haul: Why would anyone want to rent from this location??? What do you intend to do about this incident??

The truck was filthy inside and out. The cup holders were sticky and had debris in them. The middle seat had spill marks on it. There was no surface clean to set a drink or phone. The outside of the truck was also very dirty. The inside of the truck had not been swept. The truck had over 100k miles on it, and just felt very worn. I would not recommend this location at all. I'd rather spend more for a better experience.
