I had originally booked at a different location, my help couldn't make it at the desired time. I sent a message to this place, no reply, I went into this location to let them know. I told them what time and they said that was fine. When I went back that evening the young lady was rude and said I don't know why she told you that, are uhaul hours are closed. Luckily I went online and found this location and they had 1 truck available. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. I was glad this location could help me out.Wendy R.

The only bad experience that happened in the whole process was the continual bombardment from Uhaul with their attempts to upsell. We got sent to several different locations before we was actually able to get a trailer, we looked online and it said several had the trailer we need but when we got there they didn't. It took us 3 hours before we was able to get a trailer, it was just a very big hassle.ashley P.

The person at the desk was very rude not putting the person he was talking to on the phone or asking my son to wait a few minutes while he finished the conversation on the phone. Presuming it was a customer that would be appropriate. Instead he tried to do both saying he was charging my son 387 $. When Eric questioned the charge he responded by saying it was less that the original quote and he couldn't give him a receipt as the printer was not working. Very poor customer service. This caused me several calls to the location of origin and to my credit card company to verify what was charged. Needless to say, neither on of us would use U-Haul again nor recommend it to anyone else. I had also tried several times calling Customer Service only when I finally got thru was told there was a 20 minute wait. Now that we are back in Kentucky I will continue to call and wait as long as required.Nancy K.

Horrible horrible customer service. They were to busy scanning lottery tickets from the rolls to see if they were winners to even help. I had to call in to a U-Haul representative and have them speak to the clerk before I could get the equipment. Do not use this location.Elizabeth C.

There is a bit of a language barrier, so it's easier to do your check-in/checkout on your phone. Other than that it was a great experience.Kenton P.
Firstly, The attendant didnt speak english very well so communicating was difficult. Secondly, he double charged me for the protection plan for the rental so I ended up being charged more than what was quoted. When I tried asking about why I was being overcharged it didnt do any good because of the language barrier.Ethan H.

First without notice we got sent to a different location which was 30+ minutes away. Not only was this location not clean or inviting it was also impossible to communicate with the person who was supposed to be helping us. He could not speak English. He had to call the 1-800 number and have us talk to someone on the phone so that things could get moving because he had no idea what was going on. It was obnoxious.Stephanie L.
