Brett CIt was about a month from pick up to finally being able to unload out stuff. We were promised that the ubox would arrive earlier than us, but it was 2ish weeks late. When talking with the person who paid, the desk personnel tried to blame me as I kept the box late, but I was told that we were allowed to keep the box for that long, and if anything it would just be a couple days later than expected

RAYMOND RWe tried to use the U Haul app to pick up and drop off our rental off hours but we were unable to due to very poor cell phone service. The truck was perfect but the process of off hour pick up and drop off shouldn't be used for Sandy and Daughters U Haul in Skowhegan, ME. I also made the reservation weeks in advance for a 26 foot truck and was told one was available the next town over in Madison, ME. I was willing to go to Madison to pick up and drop off the 26 foot truck but a few days before I was notified that they only had 20 foot truck available. This was frustrating.

Chris JChecking out online does not work well for people with connection problems or computer problems. Why do you charge extra to check out the mileage when this has always been part of the regular service ?

Daniel LTurned truck in 3 days early, was informed no refund due. Sign on wall said they would buy back any unused boxes , but if you turn truck in early, you get nothing back. Was not happy with that response. Truck handled well, thought I was driving my personal truck. Very satisfied with overall service.
