The people at Sanjhi Need Mart told me that they only were a drop off point and they have nothing to do with the refund of my deposit. The people at Kelly Auto, where I picked up the UHAUL said that the drop off point was supposed to refund me my deposit. I went back to the Sanjhi Mart twice and got the same response. I was told to drop the keys in the box outside and that was it. So I did so. I had to call the customer service line to find out that the truck had not been checked in two days after I dropped it off. Your customer service representative Alexander was MOST helpful in guiding me through the next step. I was worried that I would be charged more because the truck had not been checked in the day I dropped it off. He reassured me that I would not be charged for that. I brought it back with the same amount of gas I received it with and when I received the receipt for the truck return, I was charged $18 for fuel saying the gas tank gauge was below a half tank. That was not the case at all. I do not feel that I should have been charged for gas when it was returned with the required amount of gas. I feel it was unfair to charge me for gas that didn't need to be charged for since it was returned with the correct amount of gas required.Andrew L.
