Morgan EMake sure that what people rent lije dollies are actually going to be there. Rented truck And dolly specifically for appliance moving. Appliance dolly was not in there. Also truck fuel was on empty when picked up. Had to put gas in b4 any moving. Otherwise everything else went well. Easy to rent.
ALEXANDER RSante Fe was ok... Uhaul however,.. Allowed me to rent from a location for a 6:30pm return, when they close at 5pm. Then a 2,5 hour long conversation with Uhaul (of which an hour was in the Sante Fe Parking lot) because it was gated and I was told I "can't leave the trailer outside the gate but we don't know what to tell you.... Eventually I said fuck it and went home. I was supposed to receive a call from someone at Uhaul to discuss this absolute ball drop but no one has called. If the situation ends here I will be using any other means necessary to avoid Uhaul in the future and will be advising family and friends the same. I lost an entire event with my family because your automated system, then phone reps, completely failed.

Aaron HTrucks are always on the verge of breaking down and have issues with transmission, cosmetic issues and more. I rent Uhauls almost every weekend and this particular location has very poor equipment and trucks.

lolita wThe Santa Fe Tow representative who assisted us was so very efficient, helpful and kind. All the staff members we encountered on our U-Haul pick-up day were friendly and helpful. Our rep was gracious and understanding when I misplaced the keys to my vehicle, which forced me to miss the "verify your equipment" timeframe. In addition, ALL the customer service people contacted via the 913-287-1888 number were kind and helpful as well. This was my first experience with renting a U-Haul, and Santa Fe Tow facilitated a very positive experience for me and my family. Many thanks!

Brett MNot only was the U-Haul old but nobody was there to give me the key. After going through the super long process via online that took me 15 minutes, then I had to call somebody to come and give me the key and they said they wouldn't be there for 20 minutes. Which by that time I had already cut into my time for renting the u-haul. So I did not rent it and I asked for a refund.

barbara mEverything was fine except one thing I had requested moving blankets and didn't find out until I got there to pick up the truck that there were none. I had called the day before and it would've been nice if that was mentioned because I could've went to the hardware store and bought a few other than that all was well

Brent GWe had not picked up the rental within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and, without notice, UHaul canceled the reservation. The guys at Santa Fe Towing were more than helpful in getting things squared away and getting us on our way with our equipment!

Patricia SI made a reservation on the phone. I then called to confirm and they made it for a whole different state. They had to cancel my reservation and reschedule. The individual named, Dani then made me pick the Uhaul up by noon because she wanted to leave when the hours online clearly state 5pm and we scheduled for a 2pm pickup.

MADISON BI'm old school, not to knowledgeable on the app to turn in after hours. Taking photo of mileage and gas was a real headache, other than that, it was great.
