It was the best service I got. They were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was fast. Also it was a big plus when you can top up the fuel when returning the vehicle, right at the gas station. I would rate this place as A+AURANGZEB A.

Truck wasn't steering well, and I'm pretty sure fuel gauge was either rigged or broken since it never moved. Lady at the counter tried to intimidate into putting gas by the threatening to charge me even though I told her that the needle was exactly where it was when I picked it up. Im pretty certain I will never rent from this location again. I've rented at least 10 U Hauls before and nothing was even close to how bad this experience was.Artem M.

The location was very convenient for me. The truck was adequately clean, though the windshield and exterior were dirty. The cab was reasonably clean but was much better after I vacuumed it. I drove it 43 miles and put in 9 gallons to fill the tank. Obviously the previous renter hadn't left the tank full. The truck needed a front end job. Steering it straight was an exercise in bouncing between the two lane boundaries.Nelson J.
The floor wasn't vacuumed out. The brakes need service, I believe the pads are worn down, but doesn't stop like it should. Wiper blades need replacing, it's just bare metal and peeling away rubber. Couldn't even clear the washer fluid off the window. If it wasn't a dry day I wouldn't feel safe with the bad brakes and non working wiper blades.Jeremy B.

I scheduled my uhaul to be a non visit plan. However I had to go into the office and deal with the extremely rude woman behind the counter that told me I have to wait another 15 minutes. I am disappointed that my location was switched between when I ordered and arrived to pick up without any warning. Not only that, this location was 5 miles away from where I had reserved. Which added 10 miles to my rental. Considering the mileage costs and the fuel costs. That's a big deal and very disappointing. Not the locations fault. This is a corporate thing.Timothy P.
They overcharge knowing it will take hours to get a refund for the overcharge. Drove 5 miles and put $5 worth of gas in the truck. (A little under a gallon at the time of writing) more than enough to cover the fuel used for 5 miles of driving and no idling of the truck. When the mistake was brought to their attention the clerks got belligerent and accused me of lying about putting the fuel in the truck. They charged me $15 for two gallons of fuel. I had assumed it was an honest mistake on their part but their attitude when it was brought to their attention makes me question their motives. When I asked to talk to a manager I was refused. Do not rent from this location and I would seriously rethink using the whole company.Steven R.
When I walked in, the people were not willing to help me. The clerks were talking to one another. They did not even acknowledge me, they continued to talk among themselves until they were done. Upon return, they said they would email me the recipt then did not so I had to go back and ask for it again. They were very unfriendly and unprofessional. Uhaul is the worst company to rent from. They were supposed to have a 6Ã-12 trailer reserved for me in Lynnwood and when I showed up after driving clear across Steven's pass to get the truck I reserved (and was supposed to picked up in seattle)Seattle. They didn't have it. So when I went to get this trailer they tried charging $1 000 for a 5x8. Terrible experience. And when I filed an action file they didn't return my call. This is more reflective of uhaul in generalâ€¦ My reservation for a 15 foot truck was downgraded to a 10 foot(without warning), so I wasn't able to move all my belongings. I was given â€œfreeâ€ mileage And an extra day. However I was moving one way and it was short distance. I was charged the same as for a 15ft. Also, the pickup location was changed (without prior warning). It was supposed to be contactless, but I had to go into business to have my check out completed.LEAH V.

the people, couple who administrate the process in the gas station treated me unprofessionally. They sounded very rude without respect. They also missed reserve item so I had to request refund when I return the truck. for the return, there was no kind of receipt at the time ore return. they just received key from me and told me to process later in the evening. When I received receipt by email next day, the refund and charge was off. The number didn't match up and I asked them for the clarification on the phone, the lady was very rude and aggressive. They were not able to explain why the numbers are off and I requested the correct refund amount. They told me to come to their location then they will refund me. I don't get it why they don't refund through the system. So I asked them why I have to be there and why don't they refund with the system, then she hung up on me. I don't trust this location for any business. I called U-haul customer service to request the correct refund amount and they issued the refund.Ki K.

Three hour drive in traffic for two vehicles. I had to pay for fuel to get it to my location. Truck had been wrecked and the driver side door was bent, so there was so much wind noise for 4 days I couldn't talk to my wife while driving. No wiper fluid. Will not rent from Uhaul again. Maintain frucks. When a customer reserves two months in advance, don't make him drive hours to get truck.Glenn F.

When I saw the drop off location was empty on the contract I ask to fill that out and that ball rolling and he said no worries Just Google uhual locations in that area and any uhual business would take it. So a uhual representative answered my question about the drop off and slap to my face that information was incorrect. When someone called from uhual AFTER dropping it off at a uhual location we had drive the trailer to an approved location. An ambassador of the company give me wrong information. How is it Im asking questions and getting wrong information? I will never use uhual. In the process of buying a trailer to avoid ever using this company again. The drop-off was a complete nightmare. When I reserved my truck I chose a drop-off location that was close to my home. It was changed to Lynnwood and then changed to Seattle. Both of those locations are extremely far away. I tried to return the truck online but it would not work. I then got a message with an address in Everett to drop off the truck so I drove there. The man could not accept the truck because it was changed AGAIN. I had to drive to another location to drop it off. Moving is very stressful and after a long day of moving to deal with this was very upsetting. The return process for your trucks needs to be fixed. No one should have to deal with this mess. Was sent to this location from the Marysville UHaul on State St.. since they had no room at their location. This was a one way drop off. Was charged $24,83 fee for ? It wasn't an after hours drop off..(6PM) The clerk just looked at my contract, took the keys and said I was good. He never inspected the truck or verified the gas gauge.THOMAS W.
I didn't like that UHaul pre charged me for certain amount of miles and when delivering at Drop Off I had less miles that what is was calculated, the lady at the counter at U Haul said that they don't don't reimburse money if less miles are used. I don't understand why I have to pay for extra miles but I can't be reimbursed for less miles usage on their auto calculation.David L.
