Hello, I wanted to share the experience I had rented the truck from one of your vendors. When I approached the counter to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, I was ignored for about 10 mins because the man behind the counter was on a personal phone call. Then, he could not figure out how to complete my reservation or get my ID loaded to his system. I had done all of this beforehand through the app to make things faster and easier as I was on a time schedule to pick up the furniture I had purchased. He smoked at least 2 cigarettes, in doors behind the counter of the store, while I waited for him to confirm my reservation. About 45 minutes later, I was given a set of keys- the wrong keys to the vehicle. They would not even open the door. I went back into the store and he realized the keys to the truck I needed was still in the night drop box. It took about an hour to get the truck I had reserved. I took a photo of the fuel gage, not trusting my prior experience to make sure I was not over charged. The tank was a little over quarter when I got into the truck. I stopped at a gas station before I returned the truck to ensure I was not charged for fuel. I have now gotten my invoice. Not only have I been charged for fuel, the mileage price is higher than when I placed the reservation. I have been overcharged for the service that I used. Please reply with how we can rectify this experience. I am moving to a new home soon and surely will not be using your vehicles or services. This is unacceptable.
