This trailer was the absolute worst I have ever pulled. Didn't seem to track right.

Battery terminals fell off of the battery and had to have road side assistance come and help
Heather LPeople were friendly and easy to work with. Added insurance was not asked for but was added to the contract before signing. Truck was clean however had unidentified mechanical issues and was very under powered and under performed.
TImothy SI was double charged for the insurance and mileage fees. Not a happy customer.
Reed AFriendly personal and pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and I would use them again for any move. Thank you all for your help.

ROBERT BI did not fill out the return location because it is marked optional. I rented the van as a one way but was told after I was charged that van rentals cannot be rented for one way. Now that I know this it is helpful, but not so helpful after I am charged. I was willing to work with the team I contacted to hopefully get this charges retracted, even, a discount, and would have been thrilled with the way it was handled and gladly went through u haul again. However, there was no negotiations involved and was very frustrated for the lack of information given from the website and through employees.
