The guy who helped us, I think his name was Victor, was amazing. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. This was the first time using u-haul for travel and we ended up needing it a day early, I had called thinking it was going to be a bit of a hassle but he made it very easy. I really appreciate all this mans help.

There were no people at the storage lot so I cant rate that info,

No one was available at drop off location that two different people told us to go to. We were later told that that location was closed! No signs, no people ! We were also called by another location and told that we were supposed to have dropped one out of three trailers at their location! Very disturbing after long hard loading and driving and unloading.
