Not give a messed up truck. Almost went off the road multiple times due to the wheel shaking
Kimberly VThey were absolutely not understanding at all regarding the situation my husband ran into with his job in the coast guard and needing to drop the u haul off at a different uhaul location to avoid being late for his deployment. Very unprofessional and not empathetic what so ever of his situation. Never using uhaul again.
Kyle SSelf check in, pick up and drop off was very confusing. Lots of error codes, you'd have to arrive and drop off at least 30-40 mins early to leave room for troubleshooting. Front desk tried to help as much as possible, but they only rent out the trucks they don't deal with "Uhaul stuff". Only way to pick up and drop off is to do everything using your phone.

Robert VIt was easier to get into and out of with the 26' truck and car hauler. Staff was friendly. At the original drop off point I had difficulty getting in. The lot is crowded and the only staff I saw was yelling at me for coming in the wrong way. I drove out and went to a different location .
