Very bad experience with this location member. the truck was not cleaned before I took and oupon return she didn't show any empathy or anything. On top of that she charged me extra for the coverages that was not even approved and changed the daily rate on me. I had to contact UHAUL office to get all adjusted and recommend everyone else to take pictures before and after you take the truck from here. Very disappointment and we'll not going back at this location.Vikash L.

The tented GMC board was full of lights such as engine light yellow, tire pressure light on. Fuel indicator was not full. It was quarter to full and asked us to bring with same meter. We filled tank with $ 60. And returned truck with more than quarter to full. Usually you get full and return with full . Also the price was for 10 feet $1 per km and I got charged with $1,59 pe km for 10 ft uhaul,ALEXANDRU R.
This location was great but the overall customer service from U-Haul itself is atrocious. I had an awful time and this seems to always be my experience with U-Haul. I say not applicable to recommending the location because I would never recommend U-Haul period. Too many terrible experiences.CHRISTI I.

owmer of the store was so rude and rven we filled the gas and she was blaming me that you haven't filled the gas she showed me wrong fuel meter picture to charge me 30$ extra. luckily i also clicked the picture of gas indicator. i showed her still she did not believed me than we again went in truck and i told her to compare the picture than she said sorry my mistake but before that she was like scamming me.jagdeep S.

It was confusing. They asked me to go to the location at king George to drop off the tuck which was about 5 km further away and they charged me for extra. Was going to charge me san extra $200 because I went to that location.EDWINA G.
Clean the vehicle! It was so dirty that I was reluctant to use the cubbies, dashboard, and I only had to use the seatbelt because of safety. Also the vehicle reeked of cigarette. That said, the store staff are very friendly and helpful. They even found my lost item and called me to pick it up right away. My rating of my experience is primarily based on the truck I drove.Caine C.

This is not a 24/7 location. I booked on the phone for a 7:30am pick up and found out when arrived that I could not pick up until 9am. My account showed 7:30am and after hours pick up.Ryan M.

I have the worst experience with U-Haul. I have never seen such poor service. I don't understand why you guys book online when you don't have the equipment. About ten minutes after the booking was completed and I got the confirmation, I got a call that there is no 15' Truck available and I would need to go to Kelowna to get one. Then finally, we got to book a truck at the location we got from. But we could not get the truck at the scheduled time but hour and half after that. It's a worst piece of service. I would not recommend but tell my friends not to go to U-Haul.GAGANDEEP M.

I was told I could pick up the vehicle at 7am as per the conversation with the U-Haul representative, however I was stuck on location twindling my thumbs until the store open. I couldn't really leave as I live on the other side of town and it would be pointless to leave and come back . I tried calling your toll free number was stuck on hold for an hour and another time for 30 mins. Like what the heck. I will never use U-Haul again. I better not be charged from the 7am reservationRISHI C.

The lady over the counter was really rude. First of all We did get the vechile late. Then on return, We were willing to pay the extra charges for getting it back a bit late than expected. And even then she gave us attitude saying we said something to her. I won't ever be going to this location anymore. I have booked U-Haul many Times from different locations this is the worst one ever. Seriously guys do something about it.MANKIRAN A.

I booked my truck for Sunday. I was told that it is for full day and dolly is included without any charges. Next day when I went to pick up , I was told truck is not available. it was due for pick up by 11:00 at Phantom tire in Surrey. I came back and called and finally got it from a different location. I picked it up by 1:00 and able to get only for 7 hours. I had to pay for dolly as well. Overall I am not very pleased the way situation was handled. I would like to compensated for the time that has been wasted due to U-Haul's poor service commitment. Next time I will think twice before calling for a reservation.RAMINDER K.

When i went back to return the truck yesterday , i told to guy that i need my receipt and he said owner is not here and i dont know anything about this. So just leave the keys and leave. I felt so helpless. After 2/3 hours i got email that you charged around 62 dollars for the truck and when i saw my credit card statement today its saying around $78 charged. I want proper explanation for this. Never happened like that before with me. Really bad experience.Damanpreet S.

It was brutal. The woman at the location was nice but told us we couldn't park there. Got on the phone with Ihaul who asked us to go to second location. Went to second location and man told us he'd fine us if we left the truck there. Ended up having to drive back to first location. Very disorganized and wasted my time.
