LORA MThe truck was not clean, inside or outside. The fuel level was incorrect. The truck ran fine, but it clearly had not been inspected. Marked "recommend" only because you have to go wherever the equipment is located, not because service is good.

DAVID Sdon't understand the fuel fees. The truck had 1/4 tank when I received it and I filled it to over 1/4 tank before returning it.

DEWAYNE KHad no problem with the location or the service at the location. Biggest issue is how much it costs to rent a U-Haul these days
JOSELYN HMaybe just confirm that lights work on the cargo trailers when a customer turns one back in. Wasn't Scottie's fault, I believe previous customers messed with the wiring on the first two trailers we hooked to. But Scottie's was great, very helpful and courteous!

Vicky CLocation is in an area of poor cellular coverage. Completing the return via the UHaul mobile app took much longer as a result.
Kelly JU-haul changed my pickup date without informing me. I got conflicting text messages that my u-boxes were ready at the facility, but later they said there was a delay. Customer support had to go over employees just to get u-haul to verify that all 4 of my boxes had arrived because they were too lazy to actually look. The movers arrived to pick up my u-box only to find that, not only were they not on the trailer, the owners (who were the only ones who could operate a forklift) were off at the races. I then got an angry phone call from Scotty's demanding to know "who told you the boxes were ready?". I had to reimburse my movers for 3 hours of wasted drive time. The next day, even though I told Scotty's to be ready at 11 and they confirmed the time, they still kept the movers waiting.

Julie KI hope U-Haul company can communicate better with their locations. Quote and fees with U-Haul do not reflect the reality of what became my reality. From drop off of U boxes to delivery at final destination was drastically higher prices. Will not use U Haul again due this deception . Working with Scottie's was a good experience but unfortunately they were the at the end of a long list of deceptive practices on UHaul's part.

TIMOTHY MTrailers' tiedown rails have been re-glued to the side of the trailer and way too much glue was used making it impossible to use the tiedowns to secure the load.

Joanna HI had the Uhaul returned in 1 day and still was charged for the full 2 days. I picked up the uhaul Sunday 5/21/23 at 2:21 pm. Returned the Uhaul on 5/22/23 at 6:46pm. I have picture and video evidence.
Dillon MMy girlfriend and I rode our E bike 7 miles in 34° weather to this location after we got told there was an issue the day before pick up with our orginal location 1,5 miles away. Got there, wouldn't let us get the 15' truck we had reserved so I called the uhual number. The man said we did everything right and the location didn't do their part to set it all up in the key box. So we had to settle for a 10' and it caused us to take much longer to move. Very disappointed since i set it up ahead of time. Will try a different company here in Quincy Il next time probably.
Nicole PNo improvements, you couldn’t find a better customer service location and Jeff was awesome his personality is spot on, I had a bad situation that wasn’t u haul problem but while I tried to explain he immediately smiled while all I wanted to do was cry like a baby, so thank you Jeff for making me feel normal I needed that.

Kent BI was asked by the dispatch office to pick up at a different location a little further from my house for a discount. When I reached the location, they had not put the discount in the system. A couple of phone calls later, it was fixed but overall it was an okay experience. The guy at Scottie's who handled the pick up was great.

Thomas DThe only issue was that one if the tires on the 6x12 trailer had gone flat prior to my arrival- The dealer swapped a good tire from another unit so I could get going- The pick-up was a very pleasant, and only slightly delayed. The gentleman was courteous and pleasant.
marty rDon't rely on Google maps for directions. Google maps directs you on a weird route. It is right on the main highway. The people here are great!
Thomas DWe reserved a uhaul for 8am pick up. The location forgot to put the key in the drop box so we were not able to pick up until 11 when the store open then it took another 30 minutes for paper work. Serious delayed my day.

Gary DMy location to pick up and drop off was changed and I received no notification at all telling me so. I used 12 more miles because of the location change costing me extra money. Only way I knew it changed was when I looked at the app to double check the time. Then the app would not work for the 24/7. I tried customer service and they told me it did work. I had to call the owner of the business at his home and he had to come to the store to assist me. Then when I returned the truck,bthe app wouldn't work to check in the truck. The business was great in helping me but your app is trash.
AMY WWe rented a 6 X 12 trailer for 2 days. We almost couldn't drop the trailer. The trailer tongue was so heavy We had a horrible time unhooked it. Maybe supply a way for the customer to unhook easier.
