The vehicle was clean and was in a safe environment but the vehicle had a check engine light come on and I don't think the person who used the vehicle last advised the location or U-Haul.

No one was at the location in the office, they had a sign on the door that stated that they was on the premises, but you need to walk around and find them, I tried that and was at the location for about 30 minutes before I finally called in to U-Haul And was able to start the process of doing a mobile pick up and then the person that was running the front office finally came down from upstairs. It looked like he was asleep and just woke up and he could not speak English so I had to put the U-Haul representative on the phone with them to be able to relay information . I also made the reservations and was told it was $29 but then when I was renting the unit, I was then notified that I also had to pay mileage and I think it's way too expensive to rent a truck and put around 65 miles on it and be charged $100. That is ridiculous , I don't believe I will use U-Haul in the future

Miranda MNo one would answer. Had to drive to the HOTEL to speak to someone. Was told the woman that did the paperwork wasn't there and lots of texting went on. Had to add the extra day via the 800 number as no answer on the U-Haul number or the HOTEL number. When returned person say I would get my receipt via email. Receipt I got wasn't right, called the 800 again and they sent me a copy of the email they sent the HOTEL to get them to complete the return. Unbelievable.
Joyce HTerrible experience. First time going here i thought they were just having a bad day. Wouldnt give me the key made me wait hours on hold with uhaul. They were acting like i was there to steal the truck that you can rent online. I needed a truck a few days later so i came back for another one. Even worse. They dont use outside lock box so u can only get the key from inside. Door was locked for over an hour while the guy pretended he was busy outside. He acknowledged me multiple times and did nothing to help. Again waited over an hour and a half for a dirty truck with a check engine light on. Uhaul customer service was no help either. Everytime i got someone on the phone they would either transfer me or get disconnected, had to figure it out myself.
MICHAEL ALocation is in the parking lot of a sketchy motel. Would not want to be here at night.

Kevin BThis was the 3rd drop off location I tried - the first was a gas station where the attendant had no interest in helping with the drop off. I called the 833 399 0504 and requested a second drop off thst had U Haul personnel / i was given a CR 16-A location that upon arrival was gone. A second call requesting a full service UHaul location directed me to the St Rd 16 address - this was a decrepit Scottish Inn with no U Haul personnel on site I simply left the truck This was a wildly customer unfriendly experience / I realize that there are other truck rental companies, and I will try them next time U Haul needs to rethink its customer drop off interface
Doug KThis was a horrible experience. The location was not prepared at all. When I went there, the truck didn't have a dolly. So I went in to talk to someone and they claimed they didn't open until 11AM. They were very rude to me and claimed I had to pay an extra $20 because it was before service hours(even though I was using mobile check in).

Mickey SThere was no one there. I tried to use the app but it wouldn't pick up my location. I called the 800 number and they're not able to complete the return process. I followed the directions on the app and left the only paper copy I had of the rental contract.

Joyce KBeing able to pick up the truck by the app was very easy. I was also able to text the location to extend my time with the truck and was promptly responded to. The returning process was a little more complicated at first, but it was easy to follow once i got it going. I will be renting again soon. Merci.

Mark KLocation is at the motel and confusing location. They didn't come out and check the fuel which I had just 78 miles in the tank (1/3 they required) and they charged a service fee of $60 to make it 81 miles afterwards! Never recommend this location.
tomomi dMy original location did not have the trailer I reserved, so I was automatically rebooked at this site. The location parking was tight as the building was a roadside motel. The staff were friendly and I was in and out quickly.
Rickey CRita was spectacular-very helpful and kind. The location and condition of the surrounding area was not appealing. Such helpful people need a better facility to work in.

Robin MIt took me at least ten minutes just to find someone and he spoke no english, just pointed to office. I finally got a lady to come to the office and ask her where to put the trailer, she jus said outside anywhere. I asked if she would give me anything showing I returned the trailer. She said call uhaul. The lady at 800# was very helpful.

Robin MI returned my auto transport 3 days before it was due. I dropped it off after hours, and it took the location 4 days to check the auto trailer in, resulting in me getting charged an extra day which I am currently in the process of getting back. It was also extremely tight to back a trailer or truck into a spot. Terrible drop off location!
Raymond GThis place just sucked! I had an issue with the trailer after I rented it. I was able to return and the office had left. There was no one for additional support. I would never recommend this place for a rental. NEVER.
John NI was really unhappy with corporate. They sent me to another location and was redirected the morning of my move to the Scottish Inn. Whom ever called me from corporate needs to have a better understanding of what's happening and not send th customer on a goose chase.
Miguel ATruck share process worked well, had no issues getting the truck. Everything worked wll for the mover using U-Haul. I was very pleased!

Beth KKind of a shame to pay for two days when in reality hurricane Nicole spoiled an entire day of moving. Not your fault just unfortunate planning.
Carrie CPick up was at the motel. UHaul Rep was not there when picking up the trailer nor when we returned it. We had to wait until she arrived to pick it up and just left it there without check in upon return midday. The location was very difficult to access due to median despite being at a major intersection. We will use a different UHaul if possible. The rep was very nice when she did arrive.
chales sRented the u-haul trailer by the day and chose to rent it for 3 days just to be sure I was covered for the trip and would not incur any over due fees if I ran over a day. Was not told when I rented the trailer that I would not get a refund if I turned it in ahead of schedule. Sure hop the location I turned it in to didn't immediately rent it out again as I had already paid for that third day. I know you are a huge company and can't believe you have to charge me rental fees for the day I didn't need or use the trailer.
