Keith TaylorThe customer service employee at this location were not pleasant to work with. Upon arrival they didn't want to assist us once they realized we had an appointment scheduled. Each customer that left the store after dealing with the associates, the associates themselves were talking poorly about the customer they just helped. Also when we arrived they made us wait for the customer ahead of us for 30 minutes while the customer had left the location to get a trailer hitch ball because he didn't have one upon his arrival. I asked the associate if we could do our pick up while waiting and he huffed and puffed stating "I cannot help you until I finish the customer I had started" even though that customer had left the location. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I re asked the associate if they could clear the customer who had left and please help check us out. The associate did agree finally but his co-associate and him were under there breath saying "why are people in such a rush, they should just wait". We had waited patiently for a customer they were helping that LEFT THE LOCATION and had no eta of when they would be returning. So we finally were helped, it went quickly as I had though. Within 10 minutes of agreeing to help us we were done. The associates wasted 30 minutes of us standing there and the associates just talked poorly about every customer that entered the store. Overall it was a terrible experience and terrible customer service truly lacked at this location.

SEAN PERERAOwner does not seem to care if unit (5ft) truck is clean. Windshield was so full of bug it was difficult to see out. I have been renting from Uhaul for 50+ years & first time having this happen.

Johni Miles-BlountI told the cashier that I wanted to pay cash for the truck. Well she said they needed by debit card just for a hold, they charged my card 141 and then when I return the truck charge me another 77.89, now i had to wait for a reimburse. Someone screwed up somewhere.

Brooke TrimbleSomeone evidently from this store entered my information incorrectly in the system and caused me all kinds of hell from the get-go! I ended up having to drive 90 miles out of my way to deliver the rented trailer because of this screw-up and I will NEVER use U-Haul ever again in my lifetime! Plus the drop information I was given was outdated and the drop off place is not even in business anymore! This whole SHAM of a rental was a HUGE pain in my ass and I will NEVER rent another thing from U-Haul or ANY of its affiliates again! With all the stress, misinformation and screw-ups I should have received a total reimbursement but that sure won't happen because no one in retail gives a rats rear-end about customer service anymore! This whole process from start to finish was a total nightmare for us and burned us for good on never being a customer of either Scott's Ace Hardware or U-Haul ever again! And, I will definitely warn others to stay clear of any rentals from this place! And, it's funny how U-Haul wants its customers to rate the departure and drop-off business but NOTHING about rating actual U-Haul or it's LOUSY 1-800 merry-go-round service!!! Ugh!!! NEVER AGAIN is all I can say!!! I'll BUY something before I EVER rent again from U-Haul!!!

Jasper HaywardThe workers were rude, the manager was rude not only to me but also his employees, i can see why his workers were maybe rude and didn’t want to be there. $200 for a rental i had for 6 hours, seems a bit ridiculous, accused us of leaving tied rope in the uhaul. and on top of that took over an hour to do a return.
