This is the second time I've dropped off a truck. The first time, easy peasy. We left the truck in the rear of the parking lot, walked in with my contract. Inspected and cleared. We did the exact same drop off and the SAME person said “we tried to get you to stop! You're not supposed to go to the back…there's a guy out there that may help youâ€. WTH? You did not state prior. She was incredibly rude. The guy in the parking lot was in fact very kind and everything was good.

I brought the truck back & the lady told me my charges was 119,25 however the over charge my account for the holding fee with was $137,66

Marianne B.I reserved a uhaul atleast a week before at the uhaul place in Houma, La and we get to get our truck on time and was told they didn't have our truck. We then had to drive to bayou vista to get another truck in which they didn't even have the size we reserved. We were promised 100 miles no charge but then charged for way more miles then what we drove. It was a super stressful day and due to the uhaul issue it made the entire day much longer and harder. Would not recommend.
JAKE B.This was an absolutely terrible experience. Based on availability I had to reserve a truck that was completely out of my way. Then the truck was rented out the day I was supposed to pick it up. Uhaul never contacted me informing me I did not have a vehicle. If I would have not called the location myself and spoke with the rude lady then I would have drove out of my way just to learn I did not have a truck. I then called the Uhaul main line and spoke with rude lady number two. Come to find out, a truck became available at my local branch. How fortunate for me. Of course instead of setting up the rental correctly, she had it all messed up which had to be corrected when I arrived to pick up the truck that was filthy, smelly and no gas!!

I did return it without the fuel that I received in it but I believe this should be waived for the hardship you have caused.

KIM F.The U-Haul truck didn't have the dolly and a dozen furniture pads that I had rented in the truck. They provided the equipment when I asked, but only had 6 furniture pads. I was told they would note it on the account that I was only given 6 out of the 12 pads, but they never did. Therefore, the other Uhaul located was trying to charge me for the missing pads so I had to explain. This located seems unorganized and not too familiar with the Uhaul service.

We were told we could pickup a truck in at one location and then told it was in another location 50 miles away??? We finally got the truck we when eventually talk to ONE excellent employee (Rhonda) who understood system and got us a truck!! THANKS RHONDA!!!!!(SHE REALLY TOOK CONTROL)!!! Wanda T.I reserved 26 ft. truck, another customer reserved 20 ft. truck on same day as I. The other customer upgraded to the 26 ft. truck I reserved. When I arrived there was no 26 ft. truck that I reserved. My movers and husband all took off from work on this day, we did not receive the truck until that evening loosing nearly a whole day of work. The movers we not able to help us once the truck arrived. a huge inconvience and set back, closing on the sale of our home. The owner an manager at the store said it was out of their control. The other customer should not have taken the truck we reserved, he should have taken the truck he reserved. when we were called to the store to pick up our truck we were told that they canceled our original reservation once the other customer took our designated truck. This is bad business. I will not be using this company again and have advised my friends and family of this situation.
