I did have to clean some spots on the trailer floor but all in all it was an excellent experience!
David H.You could tell the cab of the truck had not had a good clean in a while. Crud in the drink holders, floors appeared dirty. The really annoying part is there is a dolley and a big U-Haul bag strapped to the back wall. In order to get our item in we had no choice but to take the dolley off the cord thus we had to get charged for this. Not a really though out design. The big bag of U-Haul still attached to the wall made it very difficult to load our items without crashing into it. Where as I can see how these items could be handy, these were just places in a terrible location…then on top we got charged for using them. Seems alittle not cool U-Haul. I have never had a truck with them before and can't recommend.

Carol B.Well, I dropped off the trailer on a Saturday (the site was closed) and tried to follow the procedure for after hours drop off, everything went fine until I tried to upload pictures of the trailer as required by the instructions for after hours drop off. The pictures would not upload, nor could I go any further with the drop off instructions. I did drop off the trailer at Scottys in Moses Lake Washington, just couldn't upload any pictures.

Cade C.The employee helped me retrieve something I had left in the U-Haul after I dropped it off. Very helpful. This was the only positive experience I had with U-Haul during this rental. Everything else was frustrating and annoying...like having to take pictures of my license multiple times before getting the U-Haul or being sent to the wrong location for pickup.

PHILIP B.The uhaul was rented out to me without a working AC Which was verified that it did not work by 2 of the employees at Scottys auto repair all they said was were sorry Did not offer a refund or suggest waiting till they got another truck I suffered heat exhaustion Due to me having thyroid cancer and on medication that your not to get over heated while taking the truck was not used to move my stuff out of storage I had to have another family member return the truck back to Scottys Auto repair I have contacted my attorney he advise me to Dispute the charges I was charged Through my bank which Im In the process of doing, I called Scottys auto repair and they said they are waiting for The Uhaul company to get back to them This truck should of NOT been rented out to anyone when the heat index was in the high 90s Horrible Horrible experience would not recommend this place to anyone very heartless people

JANICE R.I was quoted a cheaper price than what you charged me and I asked for a two day rental and got a phone call saying it was only a one day rental the guy who did the rental did not know what he was doing I was there for over 30 minutes not happy with the service would not come back
Toni I.I received a phone call confirmation, a text message confirmation, and an email confirmation, of my reservation. When I reached my local U-Haul, they had no record of my reservation. Why did this happen? I have three separate confirmations and my reservation did not exist when I went to pick up my U-Haul. You need to fix this.

JAMES EDWARD L.Make sure that the locks are kept clean from dirt and debris; I spent about 15-20 minutes trying to get the lock open using the proper combination (I ended up tearing a few fingernails off to get it open).

Abiegail B.Now all I think that I would recommend or to improve is the update on the internet profile for U-Haul.com/share is make it available to people that rent U-Haul trailer and be able to take photos of them with their flash on their phone at night to prove that it is clean on the inside and outside are returned to the same property that they got it from

John W.U Haul RUINED my weekend. Moving is not an easy or pleasant experience and unfortunately that was made only worse by my choice to use U Haul for this move. My original reservation of a 15' truck was cancelled in place of a 26' truck which I did not need. When I showed up to pick up the truck I was told by the app that my new reservation time was 2 hours later than I had requested and 24-7 pickup was no longer an option. When the business opened I went in to consult with them and learned that my truck would MAYBE be ready at that time, as it was being repaired. They also informed me that they didn't have 24-7 pickup at this location, even though the u Haul app had repeatedly confirmed they did. We are in the middle of a record heat wave and I was determined to move as early as I could, instead of risking ourselves in the 110 middle of the day. I had to make a new reservation at a business miles away. There was a 15' available at this location. After standing in the heat for 30 minutes I was able to finally pick up the truck. The truck was in good working order. When I went to return it the next day, the app repeatedly glitched as I tried to use the 24-7 return option. My friend called the urgent roadside assistance number listed on the side of the truck and was on hold for 45 minutes. Good thing we weren't in a ditch. My other friend called the main customer service line and was also indefinitely on hold and intermittently told by the hold line that we could just hang up and easily use the app lol. After over an hour in this parking lot in the desert, we were finally able to successfully complete the return. It was miserable. I will do literally everything in my power not to use a u Haul again. I cannot believe I paid actual money for this service.

DOUGLAS MONTAGUE P.I got charged 100 more for 15 ft truck than I did a 20 ft the weekend before. that i had for more days. And my mother in law got charged $500 dollars extra a week later for no reason. I would never suggest or want to support a company that is so unreliable on price and truck availability forcing people to return the trucks to save money but still rip off the customer as much as possible. Horrible

RAY L.Trying to get the uhaul all online took an hour. I had to talk to a person after a wait for about 45 minutes. The lock wouldn't open on the back trailer. I would not rent a uhaul again without a person there to help me.
