Minh TI reserved a trailer to move some items over a 4 hour period. I was taken care of promptly and professionally. Checkout and return of the equipment was incredibly efficient. Highly recommend this location for your moving needs.
HAVEN YNo one around, but the person answering the phone # on the billing slip I received when I picked up the trailer was very helpful. Directing me to the come-a-long that was back of the parking lot, I likely would not have found it had it not been for his comment. would have been very hard to remove the trailer from my hitch. Trailer traveled very well behind my tow vehicle BUT NO tongue jack!!!!???? Very difficult to remove empty.....IMPOSSIBLE w/trailer full!!! & NO spare tire!!!???

Donald SDude! Great experience from start to finish :) I picked up at this location in Bay City and the clerk walked me through step by step on returning it in Palacios. The guy in Palacios was super awesome too! He definitely deserves props. Screaming Seagulls in Palacios and Worldwide Storage in Bay City - top notch and spectacular!

Kathy GThe uhaul ran really bad and rugged. Loud. And I was over charged. Or charged 3x for 90 and 45 for keeping it for the weekend. I was threatened to called in for stealing the uhaul.
