Place was deplorable filthy, junk auto's, next to RR tracks and not maintained in the least.

roberta cRep helping me was just fair. I parked next to trailer I was renting and there were 2 of them. The 1st thing he said to me after showing him my reservation was "we my not have it". I told him that it was a good thing it was guaranteed and he said we would make sure there is one at another location for the guarantee. He told me to relax, I told him I was relaxed and told him to just work it out. He gave me a long stare then proceeded to complete my paperwork. I would not want him to help me again.

Mahmoud KDidn't want to accept the truck as it was not the original drop off location. Then agreed to take it and charged me to refuel when I was at the fuel amount. Ripping off people trying to help the area during a hurricane.

RYAN FExplained on phone about time truck was coming back. It was late because the movers contracted through UHaul never showed and never contacted, so we had to unload truck ourselves. Said late lee would be waived. It was not. Terrible experience.

Harry SThe computer was down at this location and the trailer was filthy. I actually spent a half hour washing the outside when I arrived at my home before loading. Bout after cleaning the trailer worked well for what we needed.
Duane Sthey didn't carry furniture pad/blankets although i could buy them for $25 a piece.

Dennis HI told them that I calculate I was going to arrive at 12pm. We arrived at 11:56am. The guy from Se Vende Trailer told us that he was going to overcharge because we arrived too early and "our reservation was for 1pm". We told him if the time was a problem we were going to eat something and then return at 1:00pm. We return at 12:57pm and he charge me and put that my pick up time was at 12:00pm. He didn't explain me anything about the truck. He just gave me the key and that it. I noticed that the gasoline was not full and I mentioned him, he told me with some attitude to show the paper to the drop off location. He made me waste my time. And I never understood his attitude if I'm using his service.
SHALIMAR CI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION BE ASSOCIATED WITH U-HAUL ANY LONGER!!! IT IS NOT SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS! THE BUILDING WAS ALSO DISGUSTING AND DIRTY. STOP BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ONCE! This location does not have a sign with their establishment's name. There is NO sign or indication anywhere that they accept U-Hauls. We could not locate them. We called them three times for assistance with directions and no one picked up. They also did not have anyone inside their building to take care of us. We called out in the building and called the phone and no one was there. Finally, we asked the scary looking men in front of the building if they knew how we could find a person to accept the U-haul. These men did not speak English and were visibly frustrated we were bothering them. Luckily, I am fluent in Spanish and asked them for assistance that way. They told us to yell for someone inside. When we told them we had already done that, they shrugged. I did not feel safe at all at this location. I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck there either. After some twenty minutes of calling and looking for a staff member to accept the truck, a young girl appeared who also did not speak English. I explained the situation in Spanish to her. She told me we would have to wait even longer for a manager because she did not know how to work the computer system. The manager arrived after twenty more minutes. He apologized for our wait but when I told him about the missed calls and not finding anyone to help us, he seemed unconcerned. He also took about thirty minutes to help us because the system was not working on his phone or the computer to accept the u-haul truck. He told us we could leave and he would finish the return. I did not feel comfortable with that because I did not want to pay any extra charges if something happened to the truck or if it was not returned at the right time, so we waited and waited. Finally, we couldn't wait any longer and asked him to write a letter and sign it that the truck was returned in good condition and left. I tried calling your customer service line to report this place but the wait time was very long and I needed to get on with my day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION BE ASSOCIATED WITH U-HAUL ANY LONGER!!! IT IS NOT SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS! THE BUILDING WAS ALSO DISGUSTING AND DIRTY. STOP BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ONCE!
