Wish they had a pickup truck or van.
Mark TThe cab was not cleaned out, the truck wasn't swept out.
Ashley LMake sure this location shows up in the U-Haul app as a drop off location. The app wanted me to drive a half hour to an hour away to drop off the trailer when this location was only ten minutes away.
Andrew CSearcy's does not show up in the U-Haul app as a place to drop off trailers, so it took days to get it checked in.

Lynne PWe had to turn the trailer in on the weekend, before the location was open the following Monday. But the drop off went well.

jeff hvery slow to check in the equipment. Had to call twice and finally had to get UHaul to call them to check in the trailer we dropped off.

JOETTE WThe wheel strap for the drivers side did have significant wear/cut. I let the young lady know that it may need to be inspected/ addressed. Transaction went super smooth and the setup at Searcy's is easy and organized for in and out with the equipment.

joett wIt's not the location, but the process and the online glitches that waisted my time when picking up my rental. I was not provided a rental contract and was told it will be sent to my email, but never received it.

MARK WThis was the third place I had to go to get my 26 ' truck. Not impressed with uhaul but this facility was excellent.
Rebecca RI was supposed to pick up the truck close to where I live and hade to travel 28 miles to get the truck.The person at the location in Forest City NC told me i was to go some where else to get the truck then hung up on me.Searcys was outstanding.
WILLIAM MWe picked up the truck and it did not have the appliance dolly or blankets that we paid for. Unfortunately this made our move take way longer, but Uhaul did give us an extra day to account for that.

MATTHEW WWe picked up this truck on a Friday, and they are closed Fridays. Used the APP and had a great experience. Had a little difficulty opening the lock, but call customer service and was able to get it open. Great service!
